The most phenomenal experience I have ever had. The food was fantastic and a big shout out to our server Gabriel for making the service we had top notch. You get a 5/5 rating in service! I'm definitely going to make this visit again!

The food was amazing and had good portions. I had the burger and steak fries and the burgers here are fantastic however they only offer Colby Jack Cheese which is very odd. The service here is never good the staff always seems overwhelmed with never enough servers. The cost wasn't too high pretty much in line with most food places these days. I would recommend this place as a sit down place to eat because of the food. Not much of a kids menu or really a place I would recommend bringing young kids to. It's right off of 295 exit 1, so if you're traveling into NJ from Delaware or vice versa .

Let me start by saying that I love Cracker Barrel! But for whatever reason this location doesn't meet the standards as the rest of the chain. I went 3 additional times to ensure it wasn't just a one time bad experience. Everything is slow. Getting a table, waiting for your order, and the wait for the food. I actually ended up leaving my last time going. I waiting 15 minutes for a server to greet me and take my order. I learned from my previous experiences that if they take long, my food's going to come out cold and I didn't feel like risking it. Not the worst place in the world, but this branch is very hit or miss.

Came here recently for an early dinner—surprisingly there was no wait and we got a table for 5 right away! Food was okay. I ordered the Grilled Sirloin Steak medium but it came out rare, so they had to re-do my steak—I had to wait a while and ended up eating after the rest of my party was done. Taste wise, the food was good, well flavored and relatively big portions. The Loaded Baked Potato, Corn and Mashed Potatoes were all decent. We had asked for the biscuits and butter that came with our entrees but it never came out—the server finally brought it out towards the end of the meal.

We were happy to have Rich as our server for the second this month . He is very attentive and professional. We can’t say that about some of the other servers that have previously waited on us. . The food is decent but not consistently good. Having a good server makes up for the mediocre food. The greeter/hostess doesn’t smile or make eye contact with you. All in all, it’s a gamble when you go there and just hope for the best.

I typically don't leave reviews. I was at the restaurant today and upon entering I was greeted by a young man with disabilities. His greeting was so enthusiastic. It was very heartwarming. I got seated and ordered my food,which was delicious. Upon leaving the same young man wished me a Merry Merry Merry Merry Christmas. This absolutely made my day. That young man makes your restaurant experience 10 STARS.

First time there in a couple of months. Menu changed and not for the best in my opinion. Others must think so also. Very few people there, used to be crowded. Portions were large and meatloaf was still very good. Still looking for the chicken in the chicken and dumplings. Very dark making it difficult to read. Probably won't be going back.
