Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - American restaurant in Leeds - 2003 Village Dr, USA

I usually won't go out of my way to leave a chain restaurant review, but I got treated so kindly tonight that I had to share it with others. Destiny, my server, gave me service that was above and beyond my best expectations. She talked to me about my allergies, took an order considering these, and when someone in the kitchen cross contaminated my food, she immediately reacted and took it off my hands before I could touch it. At the end of the meal she even gave me a dinosaur sticker for being a good customer (photo attached)! She took care of other employees as they were closing, and went to the kids from other tables and offered them stickers as well. If only she could work for the water works customer service department!

Haven't been to the Cracker Barrel in many months. I stopped in because I was interested in the breakfast - the healthier breakfast with a yogurt. That's no longer available - at least not at this location. I settled on this breakfast instead and asked if I could have fries instead of hash browns and they wouldn't make them. They offered me tater tots. I substituted out the hash browns for fries before in my hometown in Indiana without any trouble in the past. The server was very apologetic. The food was very good. The prices were very reasonable. My husband got the double meat breakfast and said it was delicious. We would eat here again.

Great place to eat with Great atmosphere and a friendly staff. Fun was delicious and didn't leave a bite. Had the pot roast with dumplings and hashbrown casserole and was so good and csm hot ready to be ate and I didn't leave a bite. My mom had fried chicken with a baked sweet potatoes and mac& cheese and she filled up on baked sweet potatoes and ate what she could and had to get a to go box. One of the best meals I have ever had at Crackle Barrel

Poor service. The chicken tenders are not what they used to be. Yuck! Very processed. The host was the server. We were served drinks without straws. There was a long wait for the check. This site is not like other Cracker Barrels.

Everyone loves Cracker Barrel for one reason or another. Whether its a little shopping or to eat a hearty country meal. I also find something I love in the shopping area, plus you have to check out the clearance section. I give them a five star. Today's lunch was a little disappointing. The service was a little slow, and the country fried steak and potatoes was very dry. The steak had very little gravy, and the potatoes were lumpy, please see photos. The vegetable soup had a great taste but was lacking on substance. The carrots and cornbread were wonderful. A server that was not ours really took care of us. Thanks Nathan Rubin. Will definitely go again just maybe order something different.

I love the food. But, yesterday it took almost an hour to get a takeout order. It was busy, it was lunch time and very crowded. My order was not correct and had to be made after I had been there for over 30 minutes. All the staff were kind and apologized for the problems. I will be back because I am a rewards member and really enjoy your store and restaurant. Thank you very much for listening.

Our server showed up Johnny on the spot and eager to serve us. Our food came out in adequate time, given the circumstances the industry is experiencing. The eggs were “meh” and sadly, the biscuits were sub par as they have been for quite some time. Very disappointing as they are the best thing about their menu. Add to that, we were never offered drink refills and after I’d finished, I had to wave her over for more coffee. We continue to give this location another chance, over and over again, yet, other restaurants are beating them more often than not. So disappointing.

Brittany hostess today Jun 18 2023 was very rude! Manager need to have a conversation with her! Food was good , waiting for a table 20 min (decent considering father's day) waiting for food on the table 40 min ( ridiculous).
