Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - American restaurant in Tulsa - 7128 S Olympia Ave South, USA

On January 5th, I had breakfast with my family at a restaurant. The waitress seemed annoyed, even though there were not many people. However, I shrugged it off and placed our order. We waited for a while, but I thought that food takes a long time sometimes. Finally, the food arrived, but my mother-in-law's scrambled eggs were sunny-side up, my husband's burger with bacon was replaced with a BLT sandwich with bacon, and my French toast order was replaced with pancakes. I requested the waitress to take the incorrect orders back and give us what we had ordered. She said it was coming, but it never arrived. My husband had to leave, so I asked the waitress to package our food to go. I still tried not to make a big deal out of it and told her that we had been waiting for over an hour, and she got a lot of our order wrong. She rolled her eyes and said accidents happen and walked away. When we got home, I found only one piece of bread in my French toast, with no sugar or butter. I called the manager, Brandon, and he apologized and offered to give us three meals for free to make it right. So, on January 7th, I went to order again, but they left out my husband's chicken fried steak. The food was not good either; the fried apple had the skins in it, the mashed potatoes were cold and almost frozen, and the mac and cheese was not good either. I called the manager again, and he offered me another meal, but I declined and told him how unprofessional it all was.will never return .

I always enjoy a Cracker Barrel, especially the breakfast. The lobby of gifts and Knick knacks is so much fun to look through. This year I got my wife a couple of birthday presents there. The bathroom was clean and smelled nice. The dinning area was clean and comfortable. The waitress was nice and she was being taught by someone who knew what she was doing. The food was delicious and we played the golf tee game while we waited. The gravy was so good. This is a place I will definitely return. I can not recommend this place enough. I had a cornbread and biscuit craving I needed to satiate. I enjoyed a warm, buttered biscuit with honey. Then I enjoyed the cornbread dunked in my turnip greens. The hamburger steak was tasty with a side of brown gravy. I had good service from the hostess who checked on me regularly while I ate.

Hands down the absolute best pancakes I’ve ever eaten in my entire life, so fluffy and crispy edges, small hot bottles of syrup, strawberry syrup was brought out by request. My over easy eggs were cooked perfectly as well as the bacon 🥓 I can’t believe I waited 33 years to try this place! Gift shop was phenomenal as well!

Always consistent in their recipes and quality of food. Great place to experience America's country cuisine.

Typical Cracker Barrel atmosphere, lots of shopping available when you walk in. Bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious and even my picky eaters found things they liked and everyone finished everything!! Service was excellent!! When they start serving booze?!? Going to have to keep this in mind!

Great service and the food was really good. Turkey & dressing. Coffee is always delicious.

Today was a shopping day at Cracker Barrel! I always find something in the store! This place is by far one of my favorite places to come! We love the food, shopping and oh the restaurant itself feel like home. I have been coming here for years and never been disappointed. Keep up the good work Cracker Barrel!!!
