I had my wedding here and I am so glad it was at the Kittle House. The event coordinator, Kimberly, was a pleasure to work with and was very organized and accommodating. The venue itself was truly beautiful and was perfect for us. The wedding food they provided was all vegan as we requested and they were very good at dealing with this and the food was amazing. They provided so many options and were very flexible. They also found a way to make our specific signature cocktail and did a very good job with it. The staff was were also very attentive and helpful and made everything easier for us. Overall, I highly recommend having your wedding here.

My husband and I got married in June 2024 and it was truly the best day ever! When we first met Kimberly and Leo, we knew that they were extremely special people. We had visited many other venues in the area and every other venue felt like a sales transaction. Not here though! Kimberly made my husband and I feel so at ease. She provided so many helpful hints and guided us through the entire process. She would answer any email and question we had not matter how nuts it may have been. The things that stood out the most to us was how attentive they were to making the day about us and making sure we celebrated our marriage in our own way. They accommodated my severe gluten allergy with ease and changed menu options to suit us. On the day of the wedding, Kimberly and Leo went above and beyond their roles! Leo was constantly checking in on myself and my husband ensuring we were eating and drinking. They were the most amazing individuals that we could have worked with and I cannot wait to celebrate many more milestones with them soon!! Everyone should book their wedding at Kittlehouse because it truly was and always will be the best day ever!!

We celebrated our wedding in Crabtree Kittle House Inn and ever since became loyal customers of this beautiful venue. The customer service that we received on all the multiple occasions we've been there is absolute top notch. All the employees are just so welcoming, caring and go above and beyond to make you feel special. We LOVED working with Gus. During our wedding he was like an angel popping up exactly where he needed to be and being truly on top of the things. The staff quality of service was immaculate! We are forever grateful for these memories. The area is beautiful, lots of greenery and feels like being in a garden.

Nice venue (we were there for a wedding), but one of the wait staff stole my wife's $500 Oliver Peoples sunglasses right off the table. It's very frustrating because it was a small private wedding among family and a few friends. It happened in the last 30 minutes in the downstairs reception room. We immediately asked staff about it and they were no help. It should be completely safe to leave a phone or purse, etc. on the dinner table when in a private room among family and friends. We followed up several times and finally spoke to a manager, she accused us of lying and said that she would check the cameras. Well, it would have been great if she had actually checked the cameras. We never heard back.

Beautiful venue for a 90th birthday celebration. The diverse food, and quality, including vegetarian meals were first class and our waiter was a charming and fun personality. Highly recommend for any occasion.

We had a fantastic meal here with friends. The atmospheric here is comfortable and cozy yet elegant. Service excellent. I had the asparagus soup & the branzino- both delicious. We shared the truffle mashed potatoes & the Brussels sprouts which were also both great. The sorbet trio for dessert was refreshing & really good. Highly recommended

It has be awhile since we dined at the restaurant. We decided to visit it again on 6/7 and were very disappointed. Poor, inexperienced service staff combined with poor food preparation made this a very disappointing evening. The soft shell crab dish, when prepared properly is a true delicacy. unfortunately, ours was saturated in oil making the dish uneatable. Our companion ordered the Sushi grade seared Tuna which seemed to be pre-made and buried in pepper. We tried to get our server's attention to no avail. He did stopped by after the meal was over to ask how things were. Most disappointed and will not return.

Had a brunch here, was really disappointed. The dinning room is tired, in need -- at best -- of some paint touch up, although the place screams for a renovation. The service seemed to be poorly trained, with a food runner left alone to deal with customers as the waiter often disappeared. The main courses were fine, although they were served with house made chips that were too oily. Dessert was a disappointment, felt like it made a short trip from the Entenmann's box to the microwave. The property itself is lovely, but some parking signs would be helpful as it's hard to know where you're meant to park. I wanted to like this place, but the food combined with the service made me reluctant to go again.
