We arrived.. within minutes we we were seated and drinks ordered.. they have a great selection of alcohol and non alcohol beverages. We ordered our food and the service was outstanding

Great food! Great music! Only reason why i gave 4 star in service was because there was only one server and It was quiet busy for just himself so we had to wait a bit. Other than that he was very polite and attentive. Good location and plenty of parking spots!

I loved it ! The food was good, the drinks were so yummy! Our server and the manager on duty was amazing the manager was Tarajia and she made sure everything was perfect for me and my guest. I will be back again!

Horrible experience at Ewing location. Walked in, stood at the desk for about 5-10mins. Waitress walks up and addresses the person behind me. I then speak up to make her aware I was in front and have been waiting to pick up my order. Another greeter then walks up, asks my name about 5 times. Tells me he is going to check on the status but then proceeds to come back out and address everyone else’s order but mine. He then comes back, asks my name again and tells me he’ll be back. He returns and tells me it will be 10 more mins. I stood there for an additional 30mins to have another server ask me if I’m being helped. I made him aware of the situation. He comes back to tell me my food is gone. At this point the first server never addressed me to make me aware of any issue. I knew it was at that point this restaurant is unprofessional and all I hear is laughing and joking in the kitchen. I was then asked, what they could do for me by the supervisor. As the supervisor, you should be providing exceptional service to make it up the customer. Lack of accountability on the restaurant management. I requested a refund, still waiting on the canceled order receipt that I was told I should be receiving 2hrs ago.

I would give this place a 7/10. Like any other business they were short staffed which want an issue. They food was fresh and seasoned. The drink was not worth the amount they were charging. I pretty much got a water down snowball with a pinch of liquor.

everything is wrong here. there is only 4 tables in the whole restaurant and it took an hour and a half to get our crab legs AND our plates came out cold. the butter was already all sticky and it was horrible. even the napkins were dirty from the previous people who are in that table.. i'll never spend another dime in this place. there is way better seafood places around here, don't waste your time or money. there is legit 2 people working in the whole restaurant doing everything and l no management at all! ... i do not recommend.

Dine there last night and the service was poor! First off the drinks took forever to come and when they did the presentation was poor. The waitress did apologize explaining to us that it was the first time the bartender was making our cocktails.. things went downhill from there..our entree came way before the appetizers so we asked to have the entree taken back and our soups come out first.. the soups were COLD.. we asked to have them warmed up again, still came out lukewarm.. when our food eventually came out it wasn't hot at all, my cousin's bag had a hole in it so all the heat escaped frm her's and at point all we wanted to do was leave... we had to ask another server to get us water and the water tasted horrible! All in all the service was not good! Really can't blame the staff they did not look motivated at all, proper training is desperately needed!!! The food reflected their attitude of not wanting to be there to be honest...

Second time here. Delicious food as always. Wonderful customer service.
