Horrible experience. Drove 1.5 hours to get here (assurant didn't offer any closer options) was told my phone would be ready in an hour it was not. I had to drive back another day and after 1 day my phone screen that they had replaced, just broke. Could not see anything. Phone still rings but the screen is completely black. Luckily Tmobile is helping to fix things so I don't have to come all the way back here. Super poor experience never going back.

I went to this location to inquire about fixing my leaking display screen on my Samsung Galaxy phone. Staff was very knowledgeable & helpful. Helped me realize that the cost of repair exceeds the cost to replace the phone, if buying refurbished. So now I'm looking at more options.

Took my tablet here to get looked at and this place has some good customer service along with good knowledge across multiple devices to help you with any issues you might. I will definitely be using them again if needed.

It didn't end up making sense to have my screen repaired but the employee I talked to was super helpful and transparent about the prices of both labor and parts.

I made an appointment online and took my phone in on a Friday. Was told I'd receive word shortly about the problem and repair costs. Four days later and after several phone calls to them about the status, they still had not tested my phone and contacted me with an estimate. I ended up picking it up to take to another repair shop that is willing to do the work. Response to the owner's rebuttal: Your store is open on Saturday, which makes it three days that the phone was in your possession without any work performed. When I picked up the phone, it had not been opened for examination, and your associate claimed that they had not determined whether the charging port or battery was defective. The phone clearly had not been examined in the four days that CPR Watsonville had the device, despite whatever complexities and parts-locating difficulties you claim. If locating parts is an issue, I'm okay with that. Just be honest. It's a good ending as I was able to fix the phone myself with a $10.66 part and a YouTube video.

Worst place I’ve ever encountered. They are extremely dishonest and do terrible work. Do not use their services under any circumstance. They are obviously incredibly immature as you can see in how they respond to negative reviews. Grow up and learn how to run a business you freaking idiots. Learn how to treat customers. Avoid them at all costs. PS One good experience a customer has, they might tell 1-2 people. One bad experience a customer has, they will tell ten people.
