Incredible service and friendly staff. I went to recover data from my dead phone. Initially, I was informed of a $30 diagnostic fee. The technician worked on my phone for two hours and then informed me that he was unable to recover the data. Despite this, he did not charge me and said, "I know you will pay a lot to recover your data, and I don’t want to take money from you." He also referred me to a data recovery service company. A very polite and honest person. I will definitely return to this store in the future if anything else happens.

Had the best experience in taking my daughter’s iPad in for a new screen. She just got the iPad at Christmas and accidentally stepped on it - cracking the screen. I made the mistake of going right to the Apple Store - after making the appointment online with them for a repair, they waited till I drove all the way out to their store only to learn they won’t repair screens/only would sell me a new iPad! Not only were CPR’s prices the most reasonable around, they were able to repair her iPad the same day - every other store I called expected 1 week or more. Great customer service and very personable - I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Only complaint was the pricing should be a little more straightforward, service was fast, device is impeccable after, can’t even tell it was serviced!

Outstanding service! The hinge broke on my Lenovo laptop. I took it in and got an estimate and Thomas ordered the parts. Today when the part arrived I took it back to be fixed. It seemed like a busy day for Thomas, but he stayed late to finish the repair and called me give me updates and a time estimate for competition. Not only did he fix the hinge, but he also cleaned the keyboard and screen - the laptop is like new!

I purchased the last model of cell phone LG made weeks before they discontinued manufacturing and providimg support. When my screen cracked no one could find parts - except CPR.

Polite staff and service was complete in the time indicated. My phone looks pretty much brand new. I would use this place if I didnt have insurance on my phone.
