The customer service that I received was amazing! I had quite the unique problem, and they were able to solve it. I had gotten my microSD card stuck inside my multi-port adapter for my laptop, and they were able to open it up and return my SD card. I am very appreciative of their help! I think they are amazing, and you should definitely visit if you have any questions/need services for your electronics.

I will never go back here, and I suggest you do the same. I guarantee most of the positive reviews you see on here are fake. They are scammers they don't know how to fix your phone, they take forever, they are rude, they never seem to have any parts in stock you have to pay the special order everything, they're overpriced, and they have no customer service skills. I am appalled, I am a single mother who can barely afford my phone bill in the first place, I took my phone there because I was referred to a different location of theirs, I thought I'd give them a chance. They use cheap crappie glass on my phone and tried to tell me it was premium glass for $10, we all know that's a lie no premium product is going to only cost $10. They didn't install it right one side was raised, and within a few hours it was broken again and I had not dropped it or anything. Although upon speaking to the manager, I was told "we all know glass doesn't just break on his own, and we do not cover physical damage that you cause to your phone"..... I could maybe understand that if it hadn't been installed incorrectly. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will not be returning to this store.. UPDATE: Now they are liars as well as swindlers, the PART may not have been the problem, but if that is so, then it was FAULTY WORK. And they would be honest to warranty THEIR WORK, rather than just the product itself. There is no excuse.

I purchased a used phone here recently, Adriana provided great customer service and answered all my questions, the phone came with a 90 day warranty for defects and a free screen protector, I purchased a monthly warranty for that also covers small repairs. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for deals and knowledgeable staff.

CPR staff were extremely knowledgeable and were able to help me with my issue very quickly. I had researched the problem and had gone in expecting to pay for some moderate repairs to my iPhone which was no longer charging properly. The staff ran me through what the issue was likely to be and what the available repair options were, starting with a basic cleaning. It turned out that this basic cleaning resolved the issue and my phone has been working well for the last few days. The staff could have easily just charged me for the most expensive option and I would have been none-the-wiser, but they took the time to run me through the options and saved me some money in the process. I will not hesitate to visit them again.

Quick, same day repair, they had everything necessary to replace both front screen & digitizer and the back cover glass for galaxy note 10 in-house! My phone is like it was when it was fresh out of the box! Not cheap though. 4 bills. Still they were straight up with everything and came through ahead of schedule so 5 stars 🌟
