They were very informative about the process i was there to have my screen replaced via an insurance claim, they got me taken care of completely in under and hour. I was impressed with the quality of the work on my phone. It looks brand new! I am very pleased with the service I received from start to finish. Would highly recommend for cell phone repairs.

Been going here since before Tony (owner) partnered with CPR. Tony has built this business up over the years through hard work and genuine care for his customers. He and his wife Reema are not only on top of the food chain with their skills and experience, but they’re honest and have integrity and greatly care about their name and reputation. Impressive and Extremely Helpful. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and took the time needed to narrow down my problem to a bad charger cord, saving me from replacing the phone's battery as i had initially requested. She also took time to open and explain the purchases that i made. Prices seemed reasonable, and there was no charge for labor, since the phone did not need to be opened up. I was a Happy Customer when i left.

The staff on duty today were very helpful and friendly with Dax being the gold star of the team. I am very thankful to have gotten my phone fixed there and will continue to do business with them. I absolutely had a great experience today thank you to the wonderful lady that took great care of my phone issue. I had to replace my iphone 11 battery. Went there to try to replace battery on my iPad got quoted $180 for a iPad 6. I refused the quote but she broke my screen protector. Didn’t do anything about it so I asked if I can buy a screen protector. She tried charging me $80 for it. Overpriced and they’ll break your screen protectors even when they didn’t need to

I have had all my electronics serviced here and never have I experienced any problems. The service has always been impeccable. Everything was explained and the service was quick. My phone looks like I took it out the box.
