I discovered this Amazing Company, while searching, and doing my do diligence, for a new hvac system, for my home. After having a couple of companies come out, and high pressure sales me. From the moment, i spoke with the business office, i was impressed, and felt comfortable here. There was no pressure, just accommodation, and the desire to earn my business. I said I was not available until 7pm. No problem, I will have Jason..the owner contact you then. Not a sales person, the Owner!. I was asked if i wanted a phone call, or to meet in person. I opted for the call. Jason called, explained in detail, and easy to understand his equipment, warranties, rebates, and tax advantages. An all electric system, which will lower my PG&E bill each month as well, as leave a lesser footprint in the environment. I did my further due diligence, and the very next day, Jason came out, inspected my house, which at that time, discovered my water heater was leaking, so I added that, and retained Cozy Home Services. Unfortunately, they were swamped with installations, so I had to wait. He assured me it was a 1 day installation! I could not imagine how. When they arrived, they were early, very professional, all of the men were uniformed, in several company trucks. They were very courteous, very respectful of my property, and answered any questions I posed. These professionals went about their work, with precision movements! “Rolex” has nothing on them! I now understood, how they could install everything in 1 day! All of the equipment was installed in 1 day! Jose was the Site Manager, Dan was a Master Plumber, from the plumbing department, Steven and Roland assisted Jose, Justin and Gustovavo, were supporting technicians to the team. James (Jimmy) was from warehouse support, to ensure everything they required to do the job was on sight, and of course Jason, arrived to ensure i was comfortable with the process. When the job was completed, the system was thoroughly checked, explained to me, I would be remise not to include the Amazing Office staff, and their Accounts Receivable Department. Ms. Carla, Ms. Jaime, and Ms. Gloria, who manages the Office Operations. When the team left my home, the only “footprint” they were there, was my new system, water heater, and my complete satisfaction! Im 75yrs. young, and have not experienced this type of Customer Service in years! Please don’t take my word for it…call and you also, will have an Amazing experience!

Cozy exceeded expectations. I am currently renovating and I have seen the opposite from others. Cozy automates notifications to keep us informed, also in person phone service is excellent, kind and responsive. The crew on site protected my home details which in their way during install. They plan ahead to avoid weather delays. They are respectful. They clean up after. Really happy. Jason their president is also very professional and responsive as well. 100% recomended.

I highly recommend Cozy Home Services. They were true professionals from the moment i called to set appointment to the complete install. Jason the owner was a pleasure to work with when he came to our home to give us an estimate. He explained everything thoroughly and even showed us the broken pieces. We also really appreciated his foreman James. When he came out to do the install I appreciated his professionalism. I would highly recommend them again to my family and friends.

*update* STILL have not received our $1,000 rebate which was a selling point promised by Jason. 9 months post install. The crew was amazing, everyone . Especially Taylor. Very professional and respectful. Appreciate everyone from Cozy that we have dealt with, so thank you!

UPDATED REVIEW!!!! After getting a couple of quotes, I went with Cozy to replace my HVC system (on the roof). The entire team was awesome!!! The installers (Jose, James, Justin and Aaron) were all very respectful and polite. They left NO evidence of them even being in my house, except for the new thermostat! LOL The unit has worked perfectly and just in time for high temps! Gloria is the office is amazingly patient and kind as well. Chris has a great group of employees!!! I will be going back to this company for other jobs once I get this unit paid off :) Chris was great! Explained everything, answered all my questions! Very thorough and helpful!

Jason, the young man from Cozy made the presentation as a consultant, rather than a salesman. His relational approach accomplished and met all of our needs for a more energy efficient home. Highly recommend this company and its products.

From the beginning of the quote process to the install, Cozy and staff were great. The quote for the heat pump unit was straight forward and did not change as promised by Jason, owner. In scheduling the install, the office staff was friendly and a showed a high level of professionalism. The best part was how the three installers interacted with each other always saying please and thank you and it showed that they wanted to do the job well. A follow up visit was required and they remained professional and even funny while servicing our heat pump. I would not have a problem recommending Cozy to install and/or service someone's HVAC..

Jason at Cozy Home Services for a heat pump installation for a large residential home was incredible. He beat the competitor's price by quite a bit, and delivered incredible, fast and efficient service. The installation crew was professional and the new system works great. He even provided 0% interest financing for the whole installation. I can't recommend him and his crew highly enough.
