I've had my Toy Hauler here for almost 9 years and I love it. I originally came here because it was close to home when I lived in surprise. About 5 years ago I moved into town, but decided to keep my TH here because no other storage facility is comparable. Believe me, I've checked them all. They've done so many things to improve this storage facility. They have a dump station and covered wash station as well as an area to be able to air up your tires if needed, which makes it very convenient. This is all inclusive with your monthly billing. They've added a lot more covered storage as well. I have my TH stored in the covered area even though it's not near as big as the RVs, but it is completely worth the small price difference from the uncovered parking. It has made a huge difference as my TH looks practically brand new and isn't sun baked from this awesome AZ sun! They've also taken new security measures and updated their procedures, which some people feel inconvenienced by because they have to stop on the way in to sign in and also on the way out so management can verify you are leaving with what you said. I'd rather take the extra 2 minutes to be safe rather than sorry. Every storage facility will have it's issues here and there, but overall Coyote Pass has been the best.

If you don't have a brand new trailer with Arizona plates dont even bother trying this place. I came in with a 2005 enclosed trailer (thats in perfect shape its not beat up or an eye sore) registered in Minnesota and they turned me away.

Great staff. Beautifully kept RV storage. Staff go out of their way to help you. They offer free drinks and popcorn to customers. They also allow you to wash your RV for free. This is the cleanest RV storage site I have ever been in.

My husband and I rented a storage unit at Coyote pass RV and today we finally went to move out our belongings since our home is move in ready. Upon moving boxes we notice our unit had been rat infested! Rat droppings and urine every where, the rats destroyed so many of our belongings. Im so disappointed that we were never told that they had been having rodent issues! I went into the office to let them know and all I received was they were sorry and that that’s why they ask that children and dogs shouldn’t come to the units.. really. I never received an email even stating that. But furthermore they knew about the rats and never let the customers know! But they didn’t hesitate to take our payments for months and months, I would advise NOT to rent a space at this place, so beyond disgusting!
