I would give no stars if I could...The lady at the front desk was extremely rude (I believe she is from India) This place in no means luxurious is not dirty from what I could see but not friendly...We ended not staying there because of their rudeness. (For whomever owns this place...Either you run this or have someone running this motel for you...You need to have yourself or employee's take a customer service class...My family had ran a business since the 1980's in Los Angeles County and this type of service you're giving people would be a death sentence to a business.

RUDE DOESN'T DO THIS FEMALE JUSTICE...she is the worst and she doesn't care. When I said I'm going to cancel my reservation due to her level of rudeness she said "fine, go ahead". What has happened to common courtesy? I work nights and simply asked about check in times. Why should she care? It makes no difference if I am a happy satisfied customer or not. Why would anyone want to give their precious business to this person when there are many other places that will openly show their appreciation and treat you with simple kindness so that your time with them is a pleasant experience that will be memorable. This female has only left me with a bad taste in my mouth and probable nightmares

Understand this is a very basic old style motel. We had two rooms, 120 and 131. On the positive side, the grounds and outside the buildings are very nicely maintained. The flooring was a newer vinyl and there was crown molding in the rooms. The bathrooms had nice tile. Freeway noise is unavoidable as the motel is right next to the freeway, but with the A/C on in the room the noise was not too bad. There was a work desk with two straight back chairs. It appears they are trying. But there were issues.||||The mattresses were very hard and the towels were thin with no washcloths. The rooms need paint, or at least wash the painted woodwork. Our bathroom door needed cleaning and it would not close all the way. There is no lock on the bathroom doors. One of our rooms did not have a toilet paper holder. Just a roll on the toilet tank. There was graffiti on the door frame of our bathroom. There are only three lights in the room, two celling and one on the wall leaving the room kind of dark. I was sort of surprised to find an ashtray in the room. The only drawer in our room had no handle. Just the holes for one. There are no hangers in the room and no peep hole on the door which is a safety hazard. There is a charge for ice. The main issue I had though was the TV channels. Without warning while looking for a show to watch, we stumbled on two very adult TV channels with graphic sex going on. Had we had children with us, they would have seen something that even I did not want to see. One other odd thing was when we turned into the parking lot at 10:00 PM. A police car waited for us to turn in, then followed us to our parking space and waited for us to get out of the car while they watched. They then drove through and left. Not sure why the police would be watching who is going into the motel.

Although staff were pleasant and the price reasonable, the Room was very basic. Motel do d not provide face towels which every woman needs. We had a family emergency and needed to stay an additional night but the management wouldn’t let us book another night. They said they could not provide a continuous stay for guests. WTH! I thought businesses wanted to make money not turn it away. Will not stay there again or recommend to anyone

Convenient location off the 10. My room was very clean and in good condition. The freeway noise is loud outside but the rooms must have good sound insulation because it’s hard to hear it inside your room. I would definitely stay again!

The front desk staff is so considerate. The rates are great you can check in any time you don't have to wait until 2 or 3. The rooms are rnewly remodeled clean and have shutters instead of nasty curtains. Out of all of these hotels this one beats all of them. I recommend this place if you want to feel at home.

I made a reservation on Expedia for 79 dollars and when I got there, they told me their internet and tv are down, and they cant look up my reservation. So I asked if I could still get my room and the man in the office told me yes, but for 110. This is absurd, seeing how they upped the price by 30 dollars, and you don't even get tv or wifi anymore, so I was pretty disappointed. Oh, and not to mention all the shady looking hookers and gangsters there. Thanks Expedia! You're the best! 👌
