Covenant Villas - Apartment complex in Belle Glade - 601 Covenant Dr, USA

I absolutely love all things Covenant Villas :-) Big THANKS to the Kiwanis Club of West Palm Beach Foundation, Inc., Veterans Security and more for all of supporting Covenant Villas very own Library. The importance of reading for children cannot be underestimated. Reading for pleasure can benefit a child’s education, social and cognitive development, their wellbeing, and their mental health.

For the past couple of years that I have been in Covenant Villas, I have felt very comfortable and safe. Our property manager Ms. Sherry is a wonderful person and ensure that every tenant is satisfied with the service they receive, from complaints, work orders or any other concerns they may have. She steps right in and take care of the situation. Ms. Sherry and the staff here has displayed great teamwork and work ethics. They show and treat the tenants with respect. Honestly, I never seen Ms. Sherry upset. If she is, I wouldn't know. That's what make living here in Covenant feel so comfortable and safe, for my family and myself. I rather reside here than any place else.

I went to Covenant Villas with my cousin to apply for an apartment there. we were greeted with a smile and blast of energy from the the front desk lady. She offered us drinks, snacks and even introduced us to the property manager Ms. Martin, which was also very warm and kind. The staff at Covenant Villas treated us so nice, I didn't want to leave. Felt like a loving family.

I came here with my daughter to get her an apartment and Ms. Catrina serviced us. She was awesome. She had such a friendly, positive, energetic attitude and she was very knowledgeable and professional. Ms. Catrina gave us a tour of the property and the apartment which looked amazing. She made us feel so welcome, my daughter can’t wait to move in! I definitely recommend Convenant Villas if you’re looking for a nice apartment with great amenities, a good community and super friendly staff.

Covenant Villas is a beautiful facility and has a wonderful Property Manager. Ms. Sherry is professional and always on top of things. She cares about the tenants and their well being and makes herself available for anyone. It's always a pleasure to see her and her staff!!!!!

I remember what Covenant Villas was before the renovation and Sherry has taken it to another level. All throughout, she remained professional and conducted the process with minimal inconvenience to her residents. No matter the circumstance, Sherry and her team has always put her residents first by finding the best solution for any given situation. She has all the attributes needed in a property manager; her empathic disposition along with her personable demeanor makes you feel comfortable knowing your home concerns are met.

Being that I was raised in Covenant Villas, I've seen it go from a wonderfully diverse place to reside to a ghost town some few years back. But when Sherry Martin came into the picture changes were seen immediately and now this is one of the best neighborhoods in this town from the residents down to the security patrolling the complex from sun up to sundown. Also, I have to shine a light on Ms. Catrina for all she does with the children and the older residents as far as getting them prepared with activities and afternoon lunches and the work she does in the complex. Looking for a place to live and feel comfortable then look no further than Covenant Villas!

I had the pleasure of inquiring at Covenant Villas for housing and came across Sherry, the manager. She was not only knowledgeable but she was warm and inviting. She put my mind at ease with the entire process and was able to lead me in the direction I needed to be. I must say that I am sad that I can't live in her community because I don't qualify but she is the type of person I would love to have as my apartment manager. Kudos to the company for having a pure gem in Sherry.
