The club sandwich is very good. We add a pickle. Bread is great. We always do take out, and the service is always good too. Price is fair for the quality. Our go-to for takeout sandwiches.
10 stars! Living 2 hours away in Minnesota I'm always craving a cousins and anytime we are driving through Eau Claire we have to stop. We are never dissapointed. Service is always quick, staff is friendly and the food is SO good. $30 for 3 sandwich combos is affordable IMO. I'm picky and I always add on things like cheese, extra mayo and pickles. And They've always got my order correct. Please please never close!!!!!!!! See you next time when we travel through.
I had the Club sub (ham & turkey) & it was delicious. The bread is so good!! I will be a return customer for sure. However, I didn’t like the meatball sub (meatballs were not good).

Stopped on my way through to Chicago and ordered the Veggie with mayo on the Parm Asiago bread. Best veggie sub! The pairing was perfect and full of flavor/seasoning. The staff were friendly and fabulous. Cousins will my new road-trip stop!!

I have never ate at this place but I have a very close friend that worked here and was treated very badly by the management and other staff. The way it sounds by looking at some other reviews there have been issues in the past with this company treating staff badly. You need to learn some respect for your staff and treats everyone with respect and compassion.
Cousins has the best subs in Eau Claire and Wisconsin. The bread is so fresh and good, we were there this week and the bread had just come out of the oven. It was so Awesome. They have their standard options but you also can customize them. I previously lived in MKE and there were Cousins everywhere, I so happy we have one en EAU. Great place to stop and grab a sub to go!
I was on a road trip and looking for a pastrami sandwich. The Goodfella with pastrami and roast beef was great! Fresh and fast. I ordered through the side window, not sure if there is inside space to sit, there is a small patio if the weather is nice
