Great hotel! Going through some renovations but I stay on a weekly basis and have always had a renovated room and have never been inconvenienced. The best part is the staff, everyone is friendly, but no one beats the bartender Lupita! Super friendly super service, super person! Lots of regular business travelers and she makes us all feel like family.
The Hotel was clean. The parking area felt safe. No elevator and no offer of assistance.
The bathtub was made for a toddler. So tiny, so claustrophobic. Not an enjoyable shower.
We forgot our child's stuffed animal behind and realized hours later. It was at the front desk, but seriously, they couldn't have called and let us know?
We tipped $10 for it's return.
Great hotel to stay only thing I didnt like was that breakfast ends at 9:30am, and once I arrived at 9:25am and breakfast was closed. So thats bad service in my eyes unfortunetly the starbucks bar staff needs to either adjust their hours if they want to stop breakfast at 9:25am than that shall be the time.
Lupita is da bomb! Her food, personality, and customer service are phenomenal! Enough to justify the extra 20-minute commute for the 4 weeks I am here for work.
First there’s no elevator…when we arrived I asked for first floor close to the laundry room, what I got was second floor farthest from the laundry room. My friend had three suitcases, I had two bags and an ice cooler which we had to lug up the stairs. There are two ice machines on the second floor, far apart from each other, both were out of order and the lame excuse given was one was leaking so both were shut down. Maybe there’s no manager working there but there needs be one or at least a new one.
I write to express my profound dissatisfaction with the appalling service I received upon arrival at your establishment on December 6, particularly due to the actions of Megan. This experience, marked by a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy, requires immediate attention.
Upon arriving close to midnight with my young children after an exhaustive flight from New York, I was shocked to discover that the hotel did not have the two connecting rooms I had reserved through Marriott. What is even more disconcerting is that Megan, without checking the computer, immediately identified me as the guest with the connecting room reservation. She was fully aware of the situation but failed to inform me prior to my arrival.
Instead of proactively notifying me about the unavailability of connecting rooms when she was clearly aware earlier, Megan chose to inform me upon my arrival, leaving my small children and me in a predicament at midnight - stranded and scrambling to find other accommodations. This level of negligence and lack of concern for guests is utterly disgraceful and beyond any acceptable standard of hospitality.
When questioned about why she did not call me in advance, Megan offered no explanation, demonstrating a complete disregard for the consequences of her actions. Her failure to exercise basic courtesy and compassion is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with guests who have made reservations based on specific needs.
This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and has tarnished my perception of your establishment. As a loyal Marriott customer, I find it unacceptable that such negligence is tolerated among your staff, particularly Megan. I urge you to take immediate and decisive action to address this matter and implement measures to prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future.
Sara is very helpful to me on the chat to get everything I request for my rooms.
I’m very appreciated to her.
I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights.
It’s great and have a wide common areas indoor and outdoor.
If this hotel include breakfast in their room rate, it would be perfect !
I stayed two nights and everyone was very courteous and kind. I was greeted every morning by Melissa and she even caught me on my way to the car because I forgot my coffee at the front desk. That was super nice. |Tyler also chatted with me about guitars as I was heading to Sacramento to visit Skips Music. |I’ll be back during my next visit.
My family stayed here for 2 months while we dealt with an insurance claim, which temporarily displaced us. They made us feel very welcomed and made us feel like it was âhome away from homeâ. They addressed any need we had, breakfast was always gr
