Courtyard St. Petersburg Clearwater - Hotel in Clearwater - 3131 Executive Dr, USA

Front desk staff, Makita, was so welcoming, accommodating and friendly with a smile on her face each time we saw her. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL and maintained immaculately, including the pool area. The room smelled good and was so clean and comfortable. There was not a single space in the hotel that appeared to be less than extraordinarily clean and meticulously maintained. The maintenance gentleman was seen walking the grounds and cleaning areas from patio doors, pool furniture, table/lighting in hallways, etc. consistently. The staff does a wonderful job with all aspects of this hotel. Parking was convenient, common areas were plentiful and allowed time outside of the room (both indoors/outdoors) and a patio facing the pool allowed another area to relax. This updated hotel was conveniently located for our visits in Clearwater, St Pete, Pass-A-Grille Beach and Treasure Island.

I stayed here for a business trip. The room was comfy and clean. They provided daily room cleaning, it was nice to come back to a tidy room at the end of the day. I enjoyed the on-site cafe, they had lots of good breakfast options and good chai tea. Overall I would be happy to stay here again!

It’s honestly a gamble. The first two nights were quiet and decent. The rooms are clean and get the job done. The third night we realized the only reason it was “quiet” is because no one was in the room next to us. The walls are so thin you can hear a regular conversation in the next room. Honestly you can hear the curtains slide open. I have never stayed in a hotel with such thin walls. The staff were okay and overall helpful. However when it comes to noise there isn’t much they can or are willing to do ( even when people are blasting their tv or yelling on the phone). I only give it such a low rating because I wouldn’t stay here again with the risk of poor sleep from noise. Again it is clean and adequately cared for, but if I can’t use the accommodations for sleep it’s a miss for me.

Great place to stay with the exception of the noisy room and paper thin walls! If I had to choose between the two hotels I have used in this area for my business I’d choose this one only because of the bed! The paper thin walls are a huge disappointment. After being treated with disdain when I went to the bistro and asked for coffee and was told to go to the front desk which was vacant, to pay for coffee, so I will no longer stay here! Back to the Hampton Inn where I'm treated with some dignity

The check in process was made easy thanks to a friendly staff member. The hotel was well maintained and the location was convenient for my flight in and out of Tampa’s airport.||There are plenty of restaurants close by for a bite to eat. The main entrance is easy to access and side entrances made accessing rooms simple.

Location is convenient to get around the Tampa Bay. One of the morning front desk people was unhelpful in upgrading our room (I am Titanium) when we needed to add an extra day as a free night certificate booking and told me they might not be able to upgrade us to keep us in one of the available suites unless they don't have enough basic rooms. I had to come back later and ask one of the afternoon staff to take care of it so we could just stay in the same room. Unfortunately the suite was also a connecting room and the construction used lightweight doors, so we had a lot of noise from neighbors just having normal conversations. Also, there's no free breakfast or lounge or any other benefits for Titanium members and if it hadn't been such a good deal on points when we needed it, I never would have bothered with this hotel. It's a basic, but clean place to sleep and thankfully the rest of the staff besides the one morning person seem to understand how customer service works with loyal customers who spend 100+ nights a year in Marriott hotels.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and features a lovely pool. The housekeeping team was incredibly friendly, and Makida at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I was impressed to see housekeeping shampooing carpets—the first time I've witnessed such thoroughness in a hotel. Overall, a nice experience.

Do not get a room here if you plan on getting any sleep and have to wake up in the morning. I'm on the 3rd floor and could hear kids screaming until 11 at night in the pool area. I called the front desk and the lady said there was nothing she could do because it was open until 11. That's just unacceptable when guest here on business need to get their sleep and can't until after 11 and they are answered with "there is nothing I can do about it." I would not recommend this hotel at all and will be choosing a better facility on my next business trip in a month.
