The plan was a last minute trip to Savannah, I wasn't sure what there was to do so i wasn't sure location wise where to stay. This hotel was in a safe and central location. The route to the historic district was easily navigable but it took us roughly 15-20 minutes every time. This hotel was clean, well staffed, and such a nice break from the busy holiday weekend traffic. The bed was comfortable and clean. The porch furniture was well maintained, while the porch itself backed up to the pool. We had an issue with the toilet and maintenance came out at mid-night to try to fix it. We had an issue with a neighbor and their dog, management tried their best to rectify the issue.

The hotel staff displayed an impressive degree of friendliness and professionalism. They demonstrated a thorough understanding of their tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures during both check-in and check-out. The lobby was inviting, boasting a well-lit, clean, and modern aesthetic.||The room matched the lobby's clean, modern feel, equipped with recently updated furniture, further enhancing the overall comfort.||However, upon my arrival, I noted a few areas for improvement. The parking lot was quite dark and situated a considerable distance from the front door. This could potentially raise safety concerns, especially for solo female travelers. Despite the lobby and room being excellently maintained, the hallways and elevator did not meet the same standard. They were dimly lit and carried a subtle musty scent reminiscent of an older hotel, though not overpoweringly so.||I did not have the opportunity to use the pool or try any food or drinks at the hotel during my stay.

Platinum Elite Member Review: The hotel is very old and outdated. It feels like a strip hotel from the 80’s and definitely doesn’t live up to the Marriott name. The rooms are extremely dark and don’t look like they advertise it on their website. It was probably the stupidest idea to put that nasty dark green-grayish carpet in rooms that have low ceilings, and hallways - feels like a dungeon (especially on the first floor)! The hotel also has plumbing issues and the water barely drains when you take a shower or flush the toilet. The sink area is so dark that it’s almost impossible to see the edge of your beard when you’re shaving as a man. Also, the hotel allows pets, which to me is extremely disgusting since the hotel rooms have carpet and not hard floors. The keyless entry NEVER works. It has a decent fitness room, but currently only ONE of the four elliptical/treadmills is working! They charge $9 for parking - which I don’t understand… The Pros: - Staff is very friendly - Decent small pool in the courtyard with tropical plants/feeling. - Location is convenient and you can get anywhere in Savannah within 15 minutes. There are also several restaurants within a five minute drive.

We stayed here only one night. The hotel lobby either had no air or something was wrong as the lobby was hot compared to the rest of the hotel. Our room was not good. It smelled like mold and mildew and it appeared to not have been used in a while. The bed was not comfortable and usually I love Marriott beds and the air conditioner was very loud and old style and only would go down to wtvr degree they had it set on, so it was warm in the room also and it smelled bad. The sheets smelled the same way as the room. The pool was outdated and the steps were green with algae. I was so dissatisfied with this hotel and it did not live up to the Marriott name. Will never stay here again.

While the people who worked in the hotel were delightful, the hotel itself is crumbling. Only one piece of workout equipment was functional in the workout room; the ice machine on the third floor didn’t work; the toilet in our room would not flush without holding the flush handle down for 30 seconds. One the bright side, my room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

I visited this hotel and there was some issues I had with it, first off the hotel is in the cut and there’s no big huge sign saying “here I am turn here,” with people driving crazy somebody almost hit my truck trying to turn at the last minute as I saw the side road to the hotel. The gps almost took me to the empty parking lot next door. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Second issue the refrigerator, I’m a light sleeper and the noises coming from the refrigerator sounded like someone was trying to come into the room had me jumping up every few minutes checking the door and sitting up in bed trying to figure out where it was coming from til the 4th day of staying I realized it was the refrigerator. Third issue is as a hotel you would think the bar/ restaurant/ lounge would have a lot or at least a few dietary items catering to plant based, vegan, gluten-free, even allergy sensitive but they didn’t. Watching my family eat good because their meat eaters while I ate a plain bagel because there wasn’t any options like plant based cream cheese or vegan jam. And Lastly the gym didn’t have enough equipment I just only got on the treadmill while I was there for six days. But besides those issues the hotel room was super clean and quiet great customer service the lady at the bar that took me and my family order really tried to help figure out what I could eat so I really appreciate her for doing her best.

This place was very clean and what we like the most was the amazing service we received! Natasha and Euresha were absolutely amazing in their positions. Natasha pretty much saved us after absolutely night from hell the night before at the La Quinta down the road. We can't thank her enough, and her kindness continued through our entire stay! The room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for an amazing experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! All of the staff was helpful and kind.

Staff are super helpful and kind. Valet service was top notch! Shout out to Mell for taking care of us and our car! ||My only recommendation is to improve the quality of the pool area. The water was so cloudy we couldn’t see the bottom, and the pool towels were always empty. It didn’t keep our youngest from swimming, but no one else was comfortable doing so.

What a gem. This is a total find. The apartment is very large and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. We were two friends, so I used the sofa bed as an extra room. It worked very well - it’s big and comfortable and, if you ask, they’

Was traveling through and had the privilege of working out with a fun and talented group. The online sign up was super easy, was able to sign my waiver and reserve a class in a jiff. The gym was conveniently located and a quick walk from my hotel. T
