Courtyard Savannah Downtown/Historic District - Hotel in Savannah - 415 W Liberty St, USA

Stayed here on labor weekend. It was an unpleasant experience. I had to kill at least 4 roaches in the room. The floor was sticky. The lobby and elevator smelled like cigars and weed. Only reason for the 2 stars is the staff that was nice and the location which was very convenient to walk everywhere. One day I received a message from the valet parking, they took my car out, don't know if it was an error or took my car for a ride without my permission. Paid almost $200 per night here when any other place could have been a lot better. Absolutely, do not recommend.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The valet staff was exceptionally. The hotel was in a great location but yes you could hear the noise until a certain time of night but it’s just like any other large city. Rooms were big, clean and the beds were comfortable. Only issue was that the pool area needed a little attention. A lot of weeds growing through the cracks and the pool needed cleaning. Other than the pool it was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The entire stay was flawless. From the moment we checked, Jamesha at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating; and Michael at the bar was phenomenal. Our room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was well designed. If you're in town to be a tourist, the location is absolutely perfect with trolley tours across the street, and within walking distance to many must-see's.

The hotel is beautiful. The restaurant/ bar is nice with good food and drink. Unfortunately, the room is just ok. There was a strange smell in the room. Also, the AC was so loud that it was impossible to hear the TV when it was running. I had to raise the volume on the TV when the AC kicked on, and lower the volume when it stopped. That was quiet annoying. There was so much condensation from the AC unit that it dripped onto the tile flooring all night long, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

I made a reservation on Aug. 23rd and never checked in because I was told by both Priceline and the hotel that my card wasn’t charged!! I called within minutes to the hotel first and was told my card wasn’t charged and the same for Priceline!! I wished I had a recording of both parties saying that! So therefore, I had no room to check into there! I was given “BS” information and I’m being charged for a room I never had a key for! Please be careful and get things in writing if possible!!! When companies handle customers like this, it shows how deceitful and corrupt they can be!! You’re a multimillion dollar company and you’re lying to people to keep their hard earned money!!! Never again will I deal with this again!!

I had a lovely stay at the Courtyard Marriott! The customer service was great from valet, to front desk staff (s/o to Cary!) , to the room attendants - everyone was very hospitable and accommodating! Our room was very spacious compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed of course the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, no more than 5-10 from everywhere you need to be!

Valet gentleman were very helpful especially Elek and Elevian Bowles. When we arrived they took care of our bags and our valet service.||People at the front desk was very polite and helpful. ||The only issue was air conditioner did not work properly.

I had an amazing experience coming to Savannah and staying at the courtyard Marriott. The hotel was very clean and beautiful! Mell was so personable and helpful throughout our stay. I will be back to stay soon! I will be recommending this hotel to family and friends.
