3rd time staying at this property and they have kept it in good shape. Beds are comfortable with a nice large bathroom and walk in shower. Bar downstairs is good for a drink or two and serves Starbucks in the morning. Near lots of great food options. I highly recommend white lighting nearby. Look forward to staying here more.
I had booked this hotel through business, hadn't stayed in a courtyard in a long time. But it was pleasantly refreshing and nice. Originally booked a king bed but was given 2 double beds for one person went down to the desk and asked to be moved to a king room. They were able to accommodate me room was very quiet furnishings look new service was good. Hotel is close to Freeway on and off ramps and plenty of restaurants nearby. Good shower comfortable bed and quiet.
Our family just needed a stop on the way home from Alabama and this was a great family hotel! Friendly staff, nice pool, & clean rooms. Starbucks and lots of food choices near by too. It was nice to have such a friendly staff -everywhere you walked, the staff would greet you!
Always nice to be able to rest in a clean and friendly hotel when travelling. Only complaint was a few maintenance issues with the room, which we told the front desk about. No complimentary breakfast but decent selection at their Bistro restaurant.
The place is new and updated. Nice lobby and all staff are so friendly! The rooms are big and comfortable and well decorated. The starbucks is great. Have not eaten here yet but plan to. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Suggestions: the outside seating area and at the pool desperately NEED SHADE. You have built in gazebos but no covering on them. I am staying 2 weeks and plan to stay another 2-3 months. Being able to utilize the outside areas and be comfortable is very important for my quality of life....so I am not stuck in the room. The pool needs greenery and SHADE - this is an easy fix!
There is a beautiful fire pit outside but it never gets turned on at night. This would also be a nice touch for those staying a long time....to enjoy company outside around the fire, why have it if it will never be on???
The cleaning crew are so nice however please teach them that people may be sleeping at any time of the day. The girl with the pink hair let the door next to me slam constantly for 30 minutes. So frustrating. A simple $4 rubber door stopper from lowe's could solve this.
My room was "refreshed" finally after 5 days by the cleaning crew but the bed wasn't made, the floor not swept, the tub not cleaned, no new towels. How is this a refresh?
I look forward to seeing these items be fixed quickly so my next two - three months here are more enjoyable.
Thank you!
Everything about this place, me and my babies enjoyed! From the helpful staff, room with a perfect view and the amazing pool! My daughter even left a note for staff 😃
Would be a 4 star review, but It’s 1am and I can’t sleep right now because it’s hot in here. The thermostat is just there for looks after about 11pm. The only other complaint would be that even though I listed everybody staying here, we didn’t get enough towels or washcloths. In a room with two queen beds four of each should be the bare minimum. The location is good, hotel is quiet and clean, and if they fixed those issues and didn’t charge for breakfast they could earn 5 stars.
*edited * I bought a fan and slept better last night, they brought extra towels, and I’m feeling generous. I’ll go up to three stars now. And if you never notice it getting warm at night, that was the biggest complaint so you should be happy.
Easy access to Hwy 20. My stay was a rest stop on a sixteen hour trip, so I didn't get to check out all the amenities the hotel had to offer. It was clean, and the room was comfortable. The hotel employees were upbeat and very helpful. I did have an issue with the hot water. It seemed sporadic and not very hot. There was a lightning storm that night, so something may have been interrupted, I know it knocked out the cable TV. I will stay here again in the future.
The hotel is going through a renovation, but most of it looks done. The staff was very nice and my room was newly finished and very clean. Absolutely no complaints AND the breakfast was better than normal for Holiday Inn.
We LOVED spending the day with Jordyn! We drove 4 hours to see her! My mom (70yrs old on the arm), daughter (ribs), and myself (leg) got matching tattoos.
We have worked with the Preserves for a number of years as a vendor and this property is top notch. From the staff to the quality of amenities and buildings themselves, this is a great place to live near campus. Gated and safe.
I use to shop at Catoâs Department years ago until I move to another state and this type of store wasnât in my area. I had a surprise gift from a friend with two items for the spring. I am so excited. Very pretty, stylish and appealing to me. Cus
Gibsonâs is my go to place, as Iâm vegan and they have many options.
Iâm also fond of management, as if thereâs something I recommend to be supplied or in stock, they have taken suggestions and will place an order.
