We love this hotel. This was our third time staying here. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel smells amazing. There is plenty of parking. All of the staff are very friendly. There is a Starbucks and Bistro at the hotel which has very good breakfast. It is within walking distance to a quite a few restaurants and there is a Kroger nearby. We stayed in a river view room with a balcony which overlooks the outdoor pool. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed floating in the lazy river and requesting music to play at the pool using Rockbot. The Pigeon Forge Greenway path that travels along the Little Pigeon River is in the back of the hotel and takes you to The Island. It’s about a 1 mile walk. This hotel never seems to be overcrowded and is very peaceful.
Thoughtful, lovely, and warm!| |This is a team/hotel that goes above and beyond - they are so kind, and were so so patient when I messed up my reservations (multiple times.) Everyone I interacted with (from the angels on Marriott chat -> front desk agents -> housekeeping) were all SO wonderful. Even more magical, we received an incredibly thoughtful anniversary/birthday surprise in our room upon check in. They went so far out of their way to make my blended celebration weekend feel really really special. ||You all are FANTASTIC, I will never stay anywhere else when I'm in Pigeon Forge - and I've been raving about this hotel to friends. This was one of those special experiences, you all truly warmed my heart. ||(PSA: I said they go above and beyond, and they do. That does not mean getting a "free upgrade" or "free stuff." Don't be a bully, don't be entitled. Just appreciate the amazing service and be kind. If you want a better room, pay for it
Courtyard Marriott in Pigeon Forge is simply top notch! We stayed for about 4 days and I cannot say enough nice things about our stay. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful! It was so nice for to have a bed made every day and fresh towels!||The bartender was amazing and so fun in the evenings. There is a game room that is fun as well. The lazy river and pool are super! This hotel is really great for couples and families of all sizes and ages. ||I would highly recommend! I was even a little sad to go!
During my stay at Pigeon Forge, I stayed at the Courtyard hotel and I was very impressed. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating to many needs. The lobby space is a very nice area with the Bistro Bar where you can purchase beverages and food. However, meals such as breakfast is not included in your stay so you do have to pay separate for your food and drinks. But the hotel overall has a very contemporary look, and the rooms are very spacious and have a balcony area as well. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the resort as well, and there is housekeeping every day which was definitely a plus! The hotel also has a lot to offer such as an outdoor pool lazy river area, hot tub, indoor pool and game room. It is a very family friendly area, and the lounge area is still open at night for adults if they want to hang out and drink, but it's well monitored and quiet hour starts at 10pm to 10am to ensure quiet throughout the hotel. If you are planning to visit one of the Dollywood parks during your stay it's only about a 10 minute drive and it is right off of the main strip in pigeon forge. I was very impressed during my visit here and would most definitely stay here again!
Love staying at the Courtyard in Pigeon Forge. When I'm working in the area I always choose this location. Comfortable quite rooms and the hotel staff have always been amazing. Food is pretty good from the bistro. If you're staying for fun, plenty to do within walking distance. My room usually has a great balcony view of mountains or the river.
This place was awesome! The first thing you notice walking into the lobby is the pleasant smell - like a garden. Melanie checked us in and was lovely and helpful answering all my questions right away. In the lobby there are lots of games and a cafe that serves a Starbucks style breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evenings. There is always fresh cold fruit-infused water available as well. ||Outside the pool area was awesome. We used the lazy river a lot. My son and I downloaded the app and had fun requesting songs to hear in that area. The separate indoor pool was fully open with sliding doors on all sides. Additionally there is an outdoor pool attached to the lazy river. So it was just lovely. ||We had a Mountain View room on the 5th floor and drank our morning coffee there. The room itself was quiet, cool and dark for great sleeping. Plenty of luxury bath products on hand in the bathroom. The River view side rooms would’ve been overlooking the swimming pool and less of Pigeon Forge itself - so I probably would’ve loved that too. The room was clean and with high ceilings. ||The location is very central. We walked to The Island and several restaurants. We particularly liked Brick and Spoon and Pucketts. We also walked to the Lost Mine Mountain coaster about 20 minutes away. The drive to the historic district was only an easy 5 minutes. ||Overall this was a lovely hotel and we are so sad to leave!
I stay here about 1 week every month while my husband is out on business. It’s the only hotel with this beautiful lazy river pool. Surrounded by lovely gardens. It’s very homey. The built in coffee and morning/ evening bistro is always fresh and the people who work in this hotel are always nice. |The hotel is backed up to a walking path along the stream, so wildlife is present.|Rooms clean, comfortable. Small frig, microwave in place|If I could ask for anything it would be to change the pillows out. They are uncomfortable. You have to pile 3 together.
This hotel sits back off of the main road in Pigeon Forge, very quite area. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Grounds are well kept with a nice variety of trees, plants and colorful flowers. The lobby is large with a stone fireplace and different seating options. By the elevators were two different infused fresh water dispensers, hit the spot on a hot summer day/evening. Our king room was good size, had a small couch and a balcony overlooking the lazy river and the Pigeon Forge River. Truly appreciated the daily housekeeping during our three night stay. Seemed like there was always someone cleaning the hotel both inside and out, wondering to see they care about the overall maintenance. Plus the hotel had an amazing clean smell. Well appointed outdoor spaces, from firepits, lazy river, corn hole to an indoor pool that had huge garage doors opening up to the outside. A nice added touch having pool towels draped over the chairs surrounding the pool.

Lots of seating, cool shops and things to do. The parking was rough and they only had 1 tram going so it was quite a walk to get there from the back of the parking lot.
Friendly service and nice little atmosphere. Excellent pizza. The dough was soft and voluptuous, with the crust having the perfect amount of crispiness. Pepperoni was savory and there was plenty of high quality mozzarella cheese on top. The sauce was
