Courtyard Philadelphia Montgomeryville - Hotel in North Wales - 544 Dekalb Pike, USA

This was just fine. It was clean and conveniently located to where we needed to be. It served it's purpose. It could stand renovations in the bathrooms whenever they can but the room was fine, indoor lounge and outdoor courtyard were nice and came in handy for our group.

This business trip started off as a nightmare. Couldn’t get my reservation, stuck outside, but it turned around. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. The night shift (probably ended her shift around 11pm) helped me in every way she could to make sure I got a room. The greatest highlight of this hotel is the pretty lady that works overnight. She has had the most exceptional level of customer service. I locked myself out of my room and forgot a lot of necessary travel items (ie. snacks, etc) and she has quickly solved and assisted me everything that I need. Whatever this hotel is paying to these two exceptional women is not enough!!! I was about ready to leave a 1 star review until I saw the level of care and compassion their employees have.

Positive: The staff is superior.At the cafe, are an asset. I remembered hotel employee from my previous stay. He is engaging, attentive, and shows passion for his job. Hotel employee was also very friendly. The front desk folks are wonderful as well. Negative: ""

We stayed here for two nights. Positives: comfortable bed, beautiful lobby, and it was quiet. Negatives: too many to mention! If you take a shower, there is only one way to reach into the shower to turn the water on, leaving you standing directly in front of the shower nozzle. You'll be greeted with a blast of cold water before it becomes warm. Not a pleasant experience early in the morning! The complimentary soaps/body lotion smelled dreadful. We did not have a microwave in our room. The television was ridiculously small. We were only given 2 bath towels for 2 nights. The daytime clerk at check-in was miserable, rude, and incredibly slow at checking us in. Breakfast is not included. This place charges way too much money to not include a simple complimentary breakfast! And then there's the cleaning staff who gave two knocks on our door at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday morning before suddenly unlocking the door and pushing it open! Thankfully, we had latched the door before going to bed. We were both sleeping when they tried to shove the door open! My boyfriend had to jump out of bed to tell them to get lost!! Mind you, we were checking out that day but checkout wasn't until 11:00 AM!! They were coming in to clean our room at 9:30 am!! We were very disappointed with our stay and won't be coming back here.

I stay at this hotel regularly for work (approx every 6 weeks) and it is a great home away from home! The rooms could use a refresh but the staff more than makes up for it. Stephanie the manager, Rina at the front desk and Adonis at the Starbucks counter are glowing examples of what customer service is🌟 It is also a short drive from my office so location is excellent. Looking forward to my next stay☺️

Staff was incredible. Always greeted you with a smile. Remembered your name. Very clean rooms and lobby. Close to restaurants with one even attached. Would stay here again. Arrived on Easter Sunday. The staff even called around to local restaurants to see what was open for me.

Positive: "" Negative: Coffee etc in the room was not stocked. Had to get it from front desk, where its under lock and key. Breakfast is a disaster, if prepaid.

The rooms need some TLC. The wallpaper seams are secured against the wall with staples. The cafe is horrendous. Coffee in the lobby would be a nice touch.
