There were comments about minimal light in the rooms, and that is true. However, they're large and have updated furniture in the living space. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to greet me. The common space was clean and modern with ample parking. If I ever return to the area I'd stay there again.

Positive: The room was beautiful and well kept. Negative: The breakfast was terrible. My meal was horrible and my husbands meal never came. And when we tried to have it reimbursed the hotel did not take care of it promptly and still 5 days later my credit card has not been refunded for his meal. Negative: ""

There was no hair blower in the room. I couldn't take a shower. The room was very dark, hardly any lights. The toilet was too low. We went for breakfast and found it wasn't free. We decided not to pay and went somewhere else for breakfast. We will never stay at a Marriott again.

The pillow were very soft which is to be expected from hotel. We some how got upgraded to a bigger room which is good. The rooms were still tight. The pool was small but heated which was nice. The food was ok. The elevators made weird noises sometimes that was a little concerning.

Old and filthy. Take a look at the pictures - the shower was nasty, the sheets had a crusty stain, the drapes were disgusting. The fitness center was tiny but at least it had a bench and dumbbells. Won’t stay here again.

I am giving the overall hotel 4 stars, however, Linda, the front desk staff gets 5 stars. She was so welcoming and attentive to our families needs. Her welcoming and warm personality is definitely what you want to encounter when checking into a hotel. There was no breakfast on Saturday because the person didn't show up to work, is what we were told. My son was given a bowl of cereal instead, which was nice, I guess. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and overall the hotel was clean. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

It’s 12:48am and it’s too loud. We’re staying directly above the terrace where there is a spill over crowd from TWO wedding parties. Loud music, obnoxious yelling all being allowed until their reservation ends at 1:30am. So much for getting sleep tonight. I asked the front desk guy what can we do, he said he can’t do anything, he didn’t book this, blamed the sales manager, while raising his voice at me and saying the only other option is to check me out. Ummmm… I’m the customer and wanting to sleep is not a big ask and I have three kids who have early tournaments in the morning starting at 8am. So I equally raised my voice to match his tone and he storms off yelling and slamming the office door. What’s worse? Uncontrolled alcohol distribution and consumption. There were cases of beer all around the lobby and no server or bartender present. Who’s moderating the consumption? What if someone gets drunk and drives off? Huge liability issue. Someone should look into this hotel operation especially government authorities. It seems like the hotel wanted to sell two wedding parties while screwing with everyone else who’s staying here and risking drunk drivers on the road. I’m a frequent traveler and never had this experience in my life. Next up… contacting corporate.
