Incredible customer service by Lexi. Power went out in the area, and so I booked the last room for the night. However, my power returned after about 2 hours in the room. I wasn't expecting a refund, but let them know I was leaving because I wanted to see if they could clean, and let someone else book the room. Shockingly, they toured the room with me, assigned someone to clean it for another customer and refunded my room. Not only that, but the room was clean, cool (in summer), and tidy. Affordable and great location with awesome customer service plus its close the the Theatre. I'll recommended this room to family and friends staying near Omaha from now on.
Rolling into town late in the evening trying to cover food and lodging in one place. the ladies working the restaurant and desk took my phone order for burgers and had a clean comfortable room ready for us and our two dogs. They exemplified the Marriott way by taking excellent care of us and making our evening hassle free.
To those thinking of staying here, we've stayed here a few times. One time was for an extended stay when we first moved here, then another time when our power had gone out. Both times the front desk had been super helpful in answering any and all questions. The rooms themselves are nice and the beds were comfortable. The location is close to a movie theater and a Culver's Restaraunt so if you ran out of things to do or the Bistro wasn't available, you could go to either one of those places. To the staff, I want to say thank you for being so accommodating to those who have struggled with the recent power outtage. Overall, I would recommend others to stay here.
Not at all how the room or hotel was described online. Rooms are small, the “Bistro” is over priced and has very basic food/drink options. The staff was also MIA so I asked the front desk if I could call from my room to order and they said yes. I go back to my room and call, only to sit on the phone with endless ringing and no one picked up….mind you it’s a Monday evening so it’s not super busy at all. I booked with this hotel for the convenience of having a restaurant onsite - super big let down. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and paid much less than what I did here and had way more amenities with better service. Don’t spend the money to stay here.
Of course it's a Marriott, the bathroom vent doesn't work! 🤣😂 Dang! It doesn't matter which Marriott I stay at its the same story! We stayed here because our dance studio's block was there. Bathroom wallpaper peeling, and fixtures rusting. Beds were good, with several pillows. Pool very small. Resturant has good portions and food quality. Hotel customer service was definitely lacking with the volume of people. Felt sorry for night staff that were doing their best to keep up with dancers, prom, and a wedding party. I wouldn't stay again unless we knew others that were there.
Three week stay. Front desk was very helpful and professional. Room was clean, a/c worked great, shower was nice, and the housekeeper was awesome. Good location, nice gym and pool, even has a fire pit. I had to marked down the bar. The ladies working the bar were very nice, professional and helpful. But only one person working either mornings or evenings...if you order food they go in the back to make it which leaves no one up front to take orders or make drinks. Also, Stevie behind the bar does not know how to use the espresso machine, first night I asked for a latte he said they don't serve coffee at night, next night he said the machine doesn't work...frustrating because when the ladies work the evenings they make me an iced latte. When I asked him about the price of my double drink (it was cheaper than I expected) he said the "double" button doesn't work on the register so I was getting all my double drinks for a single price, nice for me but not good for the hotel...consider training him on how use the coffee machine and the register.
This was good find. I was here for work and it was less than 10 min away. It's across a stupid huge mall that had showings (at the time) of 24 different movies. Some from Chinese and India too. Which is right next to a Mr.Beast restaurant chain if you're into that. It was more out of the way, so it's pretty easy to get in and out, but close enough to grocery stores and restaurants that you can get to in <5 min. The food here was good, so much so that they were actually out of some things that I was planning to order. And the portions sizes are good. There's even a long trail in the back that you can walk, skateboard, bike. It's popular enough that the week I was staying here that I would see people (and their dogs and strollers) all throughout the day and even during sunset on it. It's popular enough that, if you need help, you won't be waiting long, but sparce enough that if your dogs are not much of a people person, you don't have to worry too much.
Very expensive and still not sure why they charge so much a night, $300+/night. Ouch. Rooms ok, mattresses are horrible, very hard and not comfortable, lobby is nice, breakfast and food nearly non existent early AM, location far from everything, reasonable shopping close. I am still trying to understand why they charged so much per night.

My husband and myself sadly had to head into Bellevue for a family emergency and this was the first hotel to pop up in a last minute, late night check in. Toby or Tony who checked us in, got us a great rate, showed us where to get a late night bite t
Went to get apples! Quaint little place not too bad and the little wagons they provided we're awesome for kids!... If you don't want to travel to Nebraska City or the Council bluffs I highly suggest this place they also have free popcorn and apple ci
My 2 corgis love this dog park. They have lots of regular doggo friends and go at least a few times a week! I wish that the city would add some metal shading and more seating but over all great dog park with lots of space.
I only come to this park after dark when there's no one else here. My dog is reactive and weighs 120 lb. He needs exercise and loves to sniff all the different scents in the park. I appreciate the fact that this Park is open all night, it is very wel
Wow. *Amazing* beef bulgogi and probably the best hot and sour soup I've ever had. Service was fast and friendly. The only thing I could find to fault, and it's a small thing, is that there are no napkin dispensers at the tables. Still, a great place
Came in Thursday night and had a great time. Rachel was so nice and had such a positive attitude. She made my drinks so quick and so perfect! 10/10 recommend, will absolutely be back!! â¤ï¸
We went for the Buffalo vs. Nebraska game. The superbowl nachos were delicious-perfect ratio of toppings to chips and temperature was on point. Thanks to our fabulous server, Carmen (like San Diego) I tried a Long Beach Ice Tea. It knocked me on my
LOVE this place! And both of my picky kids love it. We get the same thing every time. Broccoli Beef combo, Sesame Chicken combo, Dragon meets Phoenix. Two orders of crab rangoons egg drop soup. With three drinks that comes to about $50. 100% worth it
One of the best sports bars, and billiards bars I've ever visited. The owners are very welcoming and fun to hang around. With 19 different pool tables, and plenty of opportunity for pool leagues, you can ensure that you will have fun.
