Very beautiful, immaculate hotel that looks brand new. Very upscale furnishings in the room and spotlessly clean. No free breakfast, but everything else was convenient and the staff were helpful and friendly. Even included a free bag of gummy bears as a welcome gift, which was a wonderful surprise. Easy to reach area just off the highway. Highly recommend!!
First, the staff was wonderful. Friendly and responsive from the front desk to the cleaning to the beleaguered restaurant staff.
The room: We booked a suite in large part for a modicum of privacy. Unfortunately, the "wall" separating the space was a lattice type construction that provided little privacy.
There was a light switch that didn't function. No big deal, but disappointing in a newly built hotel.
But the beds were nice and the bathroom was acceptable, if a little weirdly designed
Food: The typical overpriced fare. We made the mistake of ordering breakfast and due to the hotel understaffing that space, it was came very slowly. But the staff was clearly trying their hardest. Given the location of the hotel, I strongly suggest taking a 5 minute drive to any number of nice little coffee shops and restaurants in the area.
The level 2 EV chargers are available for a fee. Which was disappointing. Obviously we're used to paying for Level 3 charging, but it hasn't been our experience to pay for Level 2. It'd be nice if that information was made clear on their website.
Konrad is an absolute gem as the face of this hotel - have stayed here multiple times for business and he is a breath of fresh air each and every time. I am super grateful for him.
Amazing hospitality, and the rooms are always well-kept and clean. The meal I got from the breakfast bar was great for hotel food. May be a bit loud if you have a room facing the freeway. I haven't figured out how to turn off the A/C in the rooms, so you may want to bring an extra blanket if you're travelling here in the summer.
New hotel - reasonably priced - free Starbucks coffee. Contemporary layout of bedrooms - large, comfortable beds, large bathroom. Helpful staff Easy parking - convenient location to travel to both National Parks - Rainier and Olympic National Park
This Olympia hotel provided superb service and a very stylish room in a great location near downtown, shopping, parks, the capitol, and the interstate. The lack of a shower door (as seems to be the norm at newer Courtyards) was inconvenient, but at least the water pressure was good. However, the wifi was borderline unusable and the breakfast too expensive (even with the $40 breakfast credit).
This is the nicest Courtyard and one of the best hotels I have stayed at recently. Now, this is partly due to the fact it is brand new in 2024, but everything was excellent down to the little details. Modern conveniences included usb charging ports, a large TV, and a few automatic lights.
In particular, Tom was incredible, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He is very proud of his team and it shows. If I am ever in the Seattle area, I would go out of my way to stay here again.
As a side note, the hotel is very close to I-5, and I expected it to be louder than it was. My room faced the road, and I could barely hear the traffic. So, that was a very pleasant surprise and should not deter you from staying here.
The Courtyard Marriott in Olympia turned out to be the perfect hotel for our us and our guests during our wedding weekend. The hotel is very new, clean and well maintained and has touches of the PNW throughout. The staff at the hotel is extraordinary and provided above-and-beyond service. We are so impressed with this location and will recommend to anyone visiting the Olympia area. Special recognition must go out to the front desk agent, Konrad, who is an exceptionally kind human being.
We stayed one night on our way to Olympic National Park. It was your standard Courtyard. Very clean and we had no complaints. It was very hot so we were glad the AC was working. One bit of advice is if you are in a room on the back side, know that I 5 is only a few feet away so there is noise. The only negative was finding the hotel. While you can see it from the interstate, it is extremely difficult finding how to get it as it is at the end of a dead end road. It is especially hard to find in the dark. Otherwise, we would stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay when a loved one was in the hospital. Very clean & quiet at a lower price than local motels. The employees were super nice & helpful.
Exquisite hotel in a very convenient location in Lacey. Overall quality is apparent at every corner. Rooms are well appointed. Really appreciate the number of available outlets in convenient locations for all the gear you need to charge. Fridge and
Pretty good bang for your buck. Good breakfast, pool big enough for laps. It wasn't overly clean, it did smell slightly of smoke, and the front desk seemed impatient with my requests, plus someone opened my door late afternoon when I was inside (when
Appreciate the helpfulness of the staff to accommodate us. We had to travel a day early because of winter storm. Staff helped me make extra reservation and kept us in the same room so we didn't have to move when originally reservation started. We sta
Great location and the rooms are wonderful. I was helping a client and her family get ready for a wedding they were hosting at this hotel and everything seemed to be going extremely smooth. The room we got ready in, which was a normal hotel room,
