Courtyard Norman - Hotel in Norman - 770 Copperfield Dr, USA

This is a very very nice hotel with beautiful lobby with plenty of space for larger groups to meet (like teams). The staff was fantastic & so accommodating. Special thanks to Jamie McKown for all her help with a lost item & her help to return it even after work!! Customer Service with actual care for the job & its customers so nearly lost & she is a treasure Marriott should understand how invaluable of an employee she is! Julie H & Nebraska Soccer Team

My son and I stayed a couple of days, the staff was attentive to our needs, place is beautiful and clean. Becky was truly amazing. We will be back and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Short or long term, we always come back.

I was shocked at the state of our hotel room. We found our way to our room using my remote key entry key as there was nobody at the front desk. The room had brown stains on the chair, bedskirt and walls. There was a bug in the bathroom I killed. There were holes in the bathroom wall. The bed was hard as a rock. I lt was all unexpected as we are Bonvoy members and frequent Marriotts often. Sad to see at checkout they were offering an extra 5k points for those who leave a raving review. Don’t trust the reviews of this hotel.

Only stayed for a short night so really only experienced the room. It was clean and well maintained. The guide on the television wasn't working though, so had to go through all the channels several times. Great location with tons of restaurants nearby. I recommend Volcano Sushi. However, in leaving the hotel, it's kind of slow to get to I35 North. So, if you need to make a quick getaway, better head south.

The hotel has a weird smell. I stay at hotels 2-3 times a week for work and this was one of the worst. The gym was disgusting. |Staff was nice but that doesn’t make up for a dirty hotel. I’ve been really dissatisfied with Marriott Courtyards lately.

Great place, didn't have free breakfast, wasn't expecting It either way. Only issue I had is that a couple of the bathroom fixtures were clearly getting old and in need of some repair or touch up, like the shower door off kilter, so it leaked water into the bathroom floor.

BED BUGS!!! Arrived Sunday the 24th, checked in and went to the room and it had not been cleaned from the previous stay. I Was given another room, and the next morning woke up with several bites but didn’t think much of it, as I’ve never had bed bugs. Went through the day and to bed the next night and woke up with more bites on face, arms and chest. Spoke with the front desk, was apologized to, told that the entire cleaning staff had been recently fired and given another room. Bites got worse the next morning and spoke with the manager and she stated that I had brought them in with me. I immediately left and went to another hotel, Comfort Inn, explained what happened at the Marriott and the Comfort Inn gave me laundry soap and free use of the washing machines and dryers. "Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Norman, Oklahoma and had a great experience overall. The amenities were comfortable and delightful, although the rooms were a bit dark, especially the bathroom lighting. However, the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my child had a pleasant stay. Would recommend for a comfortable and friendly stay."
