Courtyard New York JFK Airport - Hotel in Jamaica - 145-11 N Conduit Ave, USA

J’ai récemment séjourné à l’hôtel JFK Super, et je ne peux que le recommander vivement ! Dès mon arrivée, le personnel s’est montré très accueillant et professionnel. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très confortables, parfaites pour se reposer après un long vol. La proximité avec l’aéroport JFK est un vrai plus, surtout avec la navette gratuite qui est très pratique et ponctuelle. Le petit-déjeuner proposé était varié et de bonne qualité, ce qui est idéal avant de reprendre la route. Pour ceux qui doivent passer une nuit près de JFK, c’est un choix excellent !

The Courtyard New York JFK is a convenient hotel near JFK airport. I used it for a one-day layover in NYC. After arriving, I spent the night and checked out in the morning; the front desk held my luggage all day while I toured a part of the city. It's a quick Uber ride to the Jamaica metro station, and you can use that station to travel to Manhattan. The room was comfortable, with all the expected comforts, and the service was excellent, especially the shuttle driver, James Corley. He's top-notch. Two thumbs up for him.

The hospitality was amazing! I have 0 complaints and any time in the future I'm in need of a hotel in NY I'll be back. The team at the JFK Courtyard was truly top tier. Our shuttle driver to the hotel was George who was welcoming and knowledgeable. When we arrived well before check in expecting to only have our bags held; Alex was friendly and patient. He greeted us and then worked some magic to accommodate us early. Sharmina was attentive and helped my mom make breakfast choices she enjoyed. On the way back to JFK James was courteous and delivered us safely.

Location is very convenient to JFK. I was picked up by the shuttle within 15 minutes of calling. All the staff, including James the shuttle driver and servers for dinner and breakfast, were friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and reasonably priced.|Rooms are adequate/typical, but the staff made the stay very pleasant!

What a terrible stay… we have stayed at other Marriott hotels recently when traveling through JFK…this time I decided to try the courtyard. What a nightmare. it started off with something hotel couldn’t control…a house party shaking the windows for hours. |Then it got worse…it started off that we arrived around 10pm. It’s on my profile feather free bedding..we walk in and I see feather pillows. I call down exhausted and they say they will send some up..but then I head to bathroom. There are hairs on the floor, dirt and grime all under the vanity, toothpaste back of door, carpets don’t look vacuumed, the floor around refrigerator is soaked, a drawer keeps opening on dresser… it’s not good. and the bathroom barn door won’t stay closed.||I call to front desk and ask for another room…sorry we are sold out. Between the dirty room and loud music I want to leave…but of course they won’t find me a different Marriott. I look online and see they are still selling rooms in this hotel. Call again..no we are oversold. we start discussing about the curly hairs around toilet. I say they look like pubic hairs and the manager laughs and says ‘how do you know”…then she says she wants to come look. 3 people show up..she walks into bathroom and no joke says I don’t see any hairs! Are you kidding me? I was so frustrated at this point pointing things out. I say whatever and she takes photo..tells me they will tell housekeeping in the morning and walks out. Yep that’s it.||We unpack…it’s after 11pm by now and settle in to bed. My phone rings…they have another room for me. What? They said there were no more rooms…this was a good 15 minutes after she left. I said ‘look I am in bed and we have to get up at 4am for a flight..I am not changing now”. No one walked out and said “let me see what I can do..nothing”.||so I settle in to go sleep..and the online rings again 15 minutes later… asking if everything is ok? What? No..and then the insult…real sorry let’s give you 500 Marriott points…this hotel cost 47,000 points a night…it was a joke.||I did try to email the manager ….he put a letter in room saying how cleanliness is so Important. I did try to email him on email listed on letter..that got returned as undeliverable. This is a hotel that charges in excess of $300 a night… ||Do yourself a favor..stay someplace else.

The rooms at the hotel are very mediocre, especially for the price that they charge. But the staff are very courteous and hospitable. The location is great and they have a shuttle that takes you to your terminal. The stay was comfortable and got me through a long cancellation and reschedule of flights.

This has been one of the best Marriotts I have ever stayed at. The staff was super friendly from valet, to check in, to the barista/bartender. Daniel especially was super helpful in the morning with getting my car to get to the airport at a decent time! I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is wore & dated. Bathroom barn door doesn’t close. Microwave has glass tray that moves so you can’t use it when popping popcorn. MTC seems lacking. Front desk staff was great & very helpful. Food bar staff were great. Meal fare was limited & expensive. Dinning area is small & dated. If going to NYC, go back to airport & then take the E train. Bus stop service is just down the road. TV set is large & great cable. No neighborhood restaurants or grocery stores nearby. Breakfast for two of us was around $45 to $50 each morning.
