Courtyard New Haven Wallingford - Hotel in Wallingford - 600 Northrop Rd, USA

Excellent sleep, comfortable bed, decent size clean room. We stayed here for a wedding nearby. Staff check-in was quick and they helped resolve an email issue with family member. We didn't have the breakfast, unsure if it was included or not. The hotel is across the street from another hotel operated by Hilton. That's all that is nearby, I think it's a 5-10 min. drive to a nearby road with restaurants etc. Staff was nice and friendly. Good spot for a night's sleep!

We were here for a wedding in May 2024. It was a great experience. Yes, the hotel is very nice and very clean, but what made it such a great experience was the staff. I heard there were four weddings going on this particular weekend, but the hotel never seemed crowded or chaotic. There were lots of gatherings in the lobby late at night, and staff was helpful, friendly and completely understanding about any special needs or requests. We were checked on while in the lobby to see if we needed anything. Check in was a breeze and we ate and drank in the bistro while there. Food was great and reasonable. Cleaning staff also made it seem like the hotel wasn't crowded at all - and our room was spotless. The staff at this hotel made it an an amazing weekend for us and we would definitely recommend this hotel for any type of event!!

Really good experience, and a big part is because of the staff. We traveled with our 2 year old, and they set up a crib for him in the room. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and personal. They remembered my coffee order every morning, knew my son by his name and were always super sweet and interacted with them. Marcy and Jessica at the front desk were absolutely amazing, glad we chose to stay here. I definitely recommend it for what it is, awesome experience and exceeded our expectations for sure.

I liked this hotel a lot. The rooms are nice, renovated and clean. Our housekeeping service was exceptional. So I would ordinarily give it 5 stars but the pricing at the Bistro is ridiculously high. I think it’s outrageous to charge $5 for a cup of coffee.

Very nice hotel, clean, super nice and accommodating staff. Rooms to the courtyard have a little balcony which is very convenient. The courtyard itself is also nice and very well kept. Windows and doors have room darkening curtains which is a great feature. The only complaint is that some walls seem very thin or perhaps not well constructed, and easily transmit sounds or vibration from closing doors.

Very comfortable and nice. Rooms were simple but clean and elegant enough. The price was right ($150 for a Thursday night early May). Staff was friendly. The food at the Bistro (just a small bar type area in the lobby albeit with plenty of seating) was surprisingly good (burger, fries, wings). The Bistro does serve breakfast but I think they stop at like…10:00am maybe? My wife and I tried getting food at 10:15am and were told they had stopped 🤷🏻‍♂️

I love this place. Very private area. Very quiet and peaceful. I really appreciate the friendly staff. The majority of their rooms had personal balconies attached to them. This was perfect for me as I love fresh air sometimes. Or I may not want to go downstairs just to get fresh air. They also allow Uber deliveries to your room, so if you are just a laze... or.. you been working and want to relax without the hassle of walking to the front desk everytime you uber..., this is the spot! Will be making reservations here pretty frequently from now on.

Very short distance from the business district. About 15 min from food and goods. Rooms was very nice and no odors. Has a nice restaurant/ bar inside although I did not eat there so not sure about pricing or quality
