Courtyard Motel - Motel in Downey - 9403 Firestone Blvd, USA

I stayed here for a whole year, I cleaned up that room so good that it didn't have no smell at all if it wasn't for them that had me so long I would of been in the streets they helped me so much and so understandable, I don't know why so many be complaining, if the room is not at ur satisfaction clean it up a bit specially if you planning on staying for a while come on you won't find a cheaper room. I didn't have no problems while staying there or any complaints.. I was happy to live there...

Extreme need of repairs. In most rooms, the A/C, TV's, and showers doesn't work. Roach infested, and some beds have biting bed bugs. No trash can. Restroom glass window missing, cardboard used in instead. Rooms reek with a bummy stench. And no housekeeping room service during the stay.

Unexpected stay there ... Walked up and quickly and easily got a room from the woman who worked there. She was very nice even when I locked myself out of my room. The room was very clean and it was very affordable. Felt safe there and comfortable and would definitely recommend to s friend. And there was plenty of walking distance places to eat.

Very bad service. They had roaches and dirty sheets. Only one towel when I stayed there for three nights. All I did was go there for sleep but I couldn't help but notice a distinct smell and that is when I saw my sheets were not even clean, I saw a hair on my pillow that did not belong me. Horrible! When I brought up the subject the lady nor her husband at the check in counter bother to send someone to change the sheets.

This place was so disgusting! There were roaches on the floor in the bathroom & in the shower. The woman at the front desk was really rude, and even made me feel really uncomfortable. I ended up returning my room key & got my money back. I went to the Regency on imperial and lakewood. Got a great room with 2 beds for just 5$ more than what they were charging me at courtyard which was only supplied with one bed.

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Not only was it bad, but the owners are liars and thieves. I left my bag in the room, came back within an hour and it was gone. The woman picked it up and probably plans to sell everything inside it because at the end of the day, it is all about money to her. She also breaks the law and forces her house keeper to work seven days a week. She hasn't had a day off in 6 months. Just awful.

Looks like it could be used for filming a horror film. Small showers. Temp of water was cold. Smells like stale air. Does not have a warm atmosphere for guests. May be mistaken for meth flop house. No stars. Would give negative if possible.
