Though the property was nice, the service was not. I checked in online and called the hotel to let them know i would not be arriving well after midnight due to my job. When I arrived at 3:30 am the desk attendendent informed me the room was given away, but they had rooms if I wanted to rebook. I showed her on the Bonvoy app that I was checked in and that the points had already been taken. She said she was trying to figure it out but ended up charging my credit card which now I am in the process of disputing.
The hotel is conveniently located for Monsey. Using my Titanium Upgrade award I was upgraded to the largest room in the hotel, a King Suite, which was excellent.
Would give no stars if that was even possible. Had my wedding booked here for June. Was told it was not a worry that construction would be finished well before the wedding. Only to find out yesterday that they will not be able to accommodate anyone. The general manager said to "calm down" when we noted that our invitations were already sealed and ready to go. No accommodations were made and no help was given at all.
We were invited to a wedding so instead of traveling back home, we decided to stay overnight. The room had a mini kitchen for our beverages. The was clean and spacious for handicapped people. The only problem was the limited parking spaces for handicapped people. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
For the most part, we had the usual, pleasurable, Marriott experience. However, their remote for the TV was replaced 3x and still not working properly. Also, the coffee station could have been stocked better. On the bright side, the bathroom and bed were excellent, and we enjoyed having the sofa in the room (very comfortable).
SO GREAT! We used this hotel as our wedding block and made several visits since the big day and it was all worth it. Despite the changes in personnel, there were detailed notes about some of our events (taking place at the hotel) and room blocks which made it very easy. It was a busy weekend in October but the hotel staff did a great job with all of our requests, being responsive, and ensuring all were taken care of during our events and stay. A big shout out to Eric A and Ashley J for all of their time and energy spent making sure everything was perfect. They were available for every call and every question and put us at ease. This was the perfect spot - close to the venue and great location for guests to grab a bite or shop around if needed! Rooms were also of great size and clean!
This is the worst experience in my entire life 5 days before my wedding . This hotel canceled my entire wedding block without any warning. The employees just stated they are all getting fired instead of truly helping me. This is so unprofessional and not up to Marriott standards. I am very dissatisfied how Marriott corporate is handling the situation. If this hotel ever reopens I would never recommend this place to anyone.
the Staff was extremely rude. They canceled our reservation without informing us. They said it was due to renovations but it was 6 weeks before my daughters wedding and you definitely need more time than that to prepare for renovations. It believe it was due tobed bugs. i would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
Ordered sushi for 2 and some extra rolls today. As always, excellent service--staff is extremely friendly, and food comes out quickly and looking amazing! And it tastes even better, if you can believe it (and you'd better believe it)! Would recommend

What a pretty mall! I hadnât even known it existed until recently. Really keeps the country-vibe feeling, which is so nice because the property used to be farmlands. It was both refreshing and relaxing.
Definitely the best sushi in Bergen County. They just remodeled and the place looks great! Booths are comfy and perfect lighting. The staff is super friendly too. Now on to the food: perfectly delicious and presentation was on point!
