Courtyard Monroe Airport - Hotel in Monroe - 4915 Pecanland Mall Dr, USA

Hotel staff is pleasant and professional. Location is great right off the intrastate. The hotel itself is disgustingly dirty. You can feel its funk when you walk in the door. First room we were given smelled so bad I almost gagged. It was either mildew or urine or both. There were stains on the carpet and the furniture. The paint was even peeling from the walls in the bathroom. The second room was better but far from clean and nothing was hooked up or plugged in. We had to figure out how to plug the cable into the TV and the fridge was hot. We had been driving for 12 hours and it was late in the evening or we would not have stayed. Not only will I not stay here again, it makes me question the Marriott chain in general.

Great place to stay. Comfortable bed. Place was very clean and staff was great. Only thing that I didn't like was no contromentry breakfast but over all great place to stay. I wold stay here again. It smelled great no cigarette smell at all. Great stay!!!

Great hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows match. Slept like a baby. Didn't give it a five star, because the breakfast wasn't free. But other than that. You can't go wrong

This place was terrible. I get to the room after a long day. Go straight to bed. Get up the next morning and turn on the light in the shower/toilet area. I see drops of water on the floor. I looked up to find a moldy wet mess. Then I go pull the bedding back and look at the mattress. Won’t do that again. The carpet has not been cleaned in some time. I will never stay here again

Briana at the front desk was rude. her face was glued to her phone and she did not greet me or acknowlege me when I checked in. I stood in front of her for a few minutes before she noticed. this is unacceptable. The hallways smell musty and smoky. The elevator feels unsafe. The room had a spider. never in my life have I experienced this at a marriott hotel. This hotel must be old. They need to remodel this place. The general manager let this place go to trash. I will not be back. Terrible!!!!!!!

This was a great overnight stay, very comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly. The address does not work well with Waze gps, we found it on our third attempt and that was by looking for the Marriott sign. Once there, it was a comfortable stay.

Positive: PRENTISS was the best part of my stay. He is the ultimate employee that you would want to be in the front greeting and taking care of the customers. He greets you with his beautiful smile and he is handsome. His knowledge of the job is evident. Negative: ""

Positive: The bed was comfortable and the room was large. Negative: The air conditioner didn¿t work well and had a hard time keeping the room comfortable. The bathroom was starting to show its age. Negative: ""
