Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Quiet location. It has been a while since the last remodel and it is showing some age. Like most hotels in the South, the AC generally struggles during the summer. Not impressed with the addition of Starbucks to the cafe. Marriott needs to fire the interior designer.
Had a very enjoyable stay for two days. Quiet area right off I-10 and Hwy 90; about a mile from Hwy 31 and Piggly Wiggly and Rouses; both have good hot bars. Convenient to the big shopping center off I-10 Spanish Fort. Comfy beds, Glenda on the front desk very nice and helpful; frosty AC.
The service from the front desk clerk Theresa was the absolute best. There was a small issue with the TV in my room and she along with the maintenance guy acted quickly to resolve the issue. The room was very nice and clean. Definitely a great stay! I will be back again!
I checked in, then went to my event. Upon returning I realized I made a bad choice. The sink was stopping up, someone hair on bathroom floor, around tub, all over a couch pillow, the TV was not fully visible due to location, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, no microwave other than the one downstairs by check-in, the staff wss off putting when I tried to purchase a drink, but put back. The little cafe was closed when I arrived AND upon leaving and the worst part was being awakened 2am to what sounded like a train, but was the AC unit. Worst stay. I checked out next morning then the front desk lady want to argue about who I booked through after I told her repeatedly my credit union perks. I requested a refund for the other 3 days and I was not given any information other than I have to go back to who I booked it through. I will be doing a dispute as I did not get what I paid for.
Positive: The Staff was very friendly and accomodating. My first room had a bad A/C. and she changed me quickly. Negative: A/C was loud and disturbing. TV did not work correctly. Toilet seat was broken. Negative: ""
.the hotel is looking old, trained carpets and worn rooms. I requested room service every 2 days, the room was only serviced once in 9 days and even then I had to ask
Positive: It was quiet, clean, and very friendly. Negative: The bristro wasn't open early to get breakfast.
Hotel was very nice clean and comfortable…nice and quiet. We arrived with small Service Dog and room was changed to allow us a ground floor room. The staff here was just wonderful, always a smile and everyone made us feel welcome! A special shout out to Theresa at the front desk who went the extra mile to make our stay memorable and enjoyable….the hot tub was out and She contacted Katheryn at the Fairfield next door for us to use theirs with our Service dog accompanying us. Katherine was also just wonderful and had a card to the spa area already prepared. The two women are a credit to Marriott. Also military discounts are given…added bonus

The price of the room was very reasonable. We didn't have reservations, so we didn't get the room we wanted. Overall, everything was nice and clean. I didn't go down for breakfast. I will stay again. The location was a bit hidden and could have us
For a budget hotel, we like staying here, it's clean and the beds are comfy. Safe and convenient location. The staff were friendly. The standard breakfast was good.
Stopped in today for the first time and received a generous welcome from every one of the service team, including the owner. Place was packed, a strong indicator that the food must be good. I had the pork chop, mashed potatoes/gravy and turnip gree
First time using a food bank. They made it so easy for me. They even directed me in the right direction to getting other assistance. It went so fast! And did I mention easy. I was stressing thinking it was gonna be an all day affair. They even helped
I was passing through Alabama coming from Florida and saw a sign for a chicken place called âfoosacklyâsâ that I had never heard of. Pretty wacky name, but it works! I was curious enough to pull over and I was surprised at how nice the restaura

Recommended with enthusiasm!!! Flavorful and plenty. Loved every bite as my family shared everything and were very surprised. Great price and quality. The Oysters both raw and fried are some of the largest Iâve seen in years. The sides are also an
Great food and service. The grilled oysters are so good. I also had the crab cakes the first night and the cheesecake was delightful. The oysters were so good I came back for a second helping on night 2 in Fairhope. The Jubilee on night two was my fa
