Courtyard Milpitas Silicon Valley - Hotel in Milpitas - 1480 Falcon Dr, USA

Nathan at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful during my check-in process. It's employees like him that keep guests coming back. For me, the first interaction sets the tone for my stay, and Nathan did not disappoint. My room was clean and conveniently located near the pool. Every morning, I went to the restaurant downstairs to get ice for my coffee, and every employee I met was kind and helpful. The workout room is well-equipped with everything you need for a good workout. My stay was pleasant and quiet. The king size bed was also very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel has the best bed. It’s firm, it’s so comfortable and it’s hard to get off it. The room is nice and clean and the large TV is extremely welcomed. Love the ice machine and abundant carpark but would be nicer if the outdoor swimming pool is heated on a chilly June. The location is also excellent being beside a huge mall as well as many eateries. A nice stay!!

Frontdesk staff did well and the rooms were great too. The food service side left a lot to be desired in the afternoon. Out of many items and once I ordered the young lady got my beverage then went back to her phone. I don't know if she was also preparing the food or just in charge of beverages. A gentleman came back, from break??? There was no communication about orders between the two. The order after mine was completed and delivered. He was heading to sit down and I had to ask him about my order. He did not know he had missed it and laid it on the young lady, not his fault is what he said. He did apologize on two occasions, but the lack of communication between the two was the cause for concern!!! The meal had great flavor and did hit the spot.

The bed slept well. The The hotel is across the street from a mall. It's definitely walkable from the hotel. But there's nothing much around there accept that mall.

Stayed here as a Marriott Titanium member and was granted a complimentary upgrade to the Suite. Sleep was comfortable and the room had all the necessary facilities you'd expect from a Courtyard property. Gym was not too bad and is shared with the the adjacent Townplace Suites. WiFi was good although had a bit initial trouble trying to get onto the network on the laptop. Thankfully this was sorted out by the Front Desk agent. This property does not offer complimentary breakfast to Elite members but that was ok. Parking felt safe and secure. ||Overall a good stay and worth the price for the location near Great Mall. Would stay again in future.

Horrible hotel, the rooms’ deadbolt locks it self if the door closes too hard on its own. Best part, staff can’t open the door, only one person can open the door once this happens. This person is not easily accessible, so, I had to wait 40 minutes. Never going to stay here again and I do not recommend.

Got to the hotel later in the evening. Just need a 3 star place to stay. Turns out it was not even a 2 star place. Our room was on the first floor which was fine. The flood had several wet spots in the carpet all around the room. So wet that it wet my socks through. Tried to us the phone, it did not work. Went to bathroom to use the toilet, had to shack handle to get it to stop running. Got up in the morning for our free breakfast to wait 10 minutes for service at the counter and never got it. Went back to room to just make coffee and the coffee maker did not work. Very disappointing to say the least . When telling the desk , all they offered was to create an account to stay again. No thank you! Will go to the Holiday in Express next time. It will be higher quality.

Booked via a 3rd party instead of via the hotel itself. I have 2 adults and 3 children and requested for 2 queen with a roll up bed but WAS NOT assigned despite my comments and now I am left with a room only able to fit 4, with 2 queen beds and the roll out beds option WAS NOT AVAILABLE EVEN though the hotel’s own website states that this room has an occupancy of 5. Very disappointed that our children will have a horrible experience staying here. I will not recommend for family of 5.
