Courtyard Los Angeles Sherman Oaks - Hotel in Sherman Oaks - 15433 Ventura Blvd, USA

The hotel staff at the desk were courteous and helpful; always available to answer questions or just chat about the local attractions. They have a decent selection of snacks and drinks, sodas, beer etc. A little pricey but it's to be expected. Room was very comfortable and clean although could use an update as it almost felt like something from the early 90's as far as decor. My two daughters loved the pool on the roof overlooking Ventura Blvd. as much as I did. The on-site restaurant had a decent selection of food though we only ate breakfast there so can't comment on other meals. All in all a reasonably priced, clean and enjoyable stay.

The room was small but clean. The bathroom was newly renovated and clean. I enjoyed the room, hence the 4 stars; however, deeply disappointed that no complimentary water was given. I was charged for my stay and for parking but no complimentary water?, oh, there was coffee but no water to make it. I have never stayed at an expensive hotel without complimentary water bottles, absurd.

Nice hotel in what seems to be a quiet and safe area. There is a very nice Italian restaurant across the street. The room was nice and clean and the pool was great. We were happy to stay here

Everything seemed clean and well kept. Staff were friendly. The location is great, especially if your itinerary revolves around Ventura Blvd.

Nice and clean hotel. Bare bones service given. You are on your own with your luggage and really anything else that you can expect from a hotel chain. Room was expensive for the location and lack of service . An upgraded motel in my opinion. Nevertheless . The staff was sweet and kind .

Was in town for work. Stayed at this Courtyard. When I entered the room, it was fine . I went downstairs and had something to eat. After I returned and laid down in the bed, there was some kind of itchy things in the bed. I went to a second room, and there was also itchy things. When I went into the second room, there was a cleaning girl coming out and she gave me this really odd look. Something very strange is going on at that hotel. I had to change rooms a third time to get a decent night sleep. I certainly will be staying away from this hotel.

You got the best Services. Nelly, and Rosa the house keeping took care of my room, because I allergy they took all the precautions their manager asked about it. The front desk, are more than I expected. This is the 3rd times. So far around 60 days in total in less that 5 months.

How could they expect $300-$400 a night in the rooms are so outdated you feel like you’re going to catch a germ by walking in here. It is gross. It is not sanitize. Everything is from the 1990s. I do not recommend staying here, I walked in and didn’t know how To run out your hotel if you’re going to charge grade $300 $400 a night make it presentable sanitize cleaned it was really bad gross gross gross
