WiFi not connecting. Tv wasn’t working, Someone stole the cables from the tv set! Rooms smell moldy/ damp. Bathtub was a science experiment, made better by the fact that there was no soap in the dispenser. Room was otherwise nice. Gym equipment is rundown and rusty; still don’t know why the floor down there was so sticky?
Staff was very nice.
Paid 270$ for the night, breakfast not included.
Stayed here for a week for a lacrosse tournament. Great location, close to train station and highway. Rooms spacious bathrooms good but no fan. Clean. Front desk people were just awesome. They catered to every need and made a few problems go away. Only issue we had was with the restaurant. The restaurant had some great employees and a few that acted weird. In the end it was all good. Don't plan on eating full course meals here, more like a bar at night and cafe in the morning with some food. But tons of great food near by. There is also a smokey bones and red lobster in the parking lot if you just don't want to drive.
It’s an older courtyard but it’s been well maintained. Great staff - shoutout to Melissa. I took her recommendation and went to the BBQ place next door. They have a discount for those staying at the hotel. Has a working peloton which was a pleasant find for a courtyard.
For an upscale hotel we were very disappointed. The ice machine was broken on the 5th floor and had to use the 3rd floor machine. The toilet in the room ran all night keeping us up. Small coffee machine in the room, but you only gave us 1 packet of coffee with 2 cups. Never heard of having to pay to park at the property. We will never go back to this Marriott again. The Marriotts in California are 100 percent better.
Great location which is dog friendly. Carpeting in hallways needs to be updated. We have seen the wear and tear over the years. Front desk handled any issues quickly. They were all very friendly. We travel to visit family so we are bringing our 18 pound dog with us.
Room seems nice, haven't used any service. Stayed here to have my father in law visit his wife in a nursing home.
If you’re traveling for business in the Suffolk County area, this is the place to stay hands down. Great staff, very clean and quiet. I’ve tried almost every other hotel in the area, they do not compare to the Courtyard Marriott.
Used this hotel for our wedding on 11/22/23. Stayed here 2 nights along with many of our guests. Was able to set up a room block and also have welcome bags delivered the day before everyone’s arrival to be given out once they all arrive. Everything worked out great. The rooms were nice and comfortable. We used our suite for the guys getting ready in the morning, which included getting haircuts and taking photos. The bar in the lobby was also a fun spot to hang out the night before the wedding, after our rehearsal dinner in Patchogue. The wedding was in Holbrook and buses were able to come here to pick up and drop off everyone easily. Great experience, thanks!
