Courtyard Little Rock West - Hotel in Little Rock - 10900 Financial Centre Pkwy, USA

I was hesitant about booking a room based on the reviews. Spent only one night but I was surprised about the cleanliness and safety. The hotel seemed pretty much complete with its renovation. Our room was very clean and completely updated. Very nice room and enjoyed the balcony. I was worried about safety. I had left some boxes in my car overnight (because I was moving) and everything was there in the morning. At least in my case it seemed safe. The hotel was very close to downtown, as well as other places like Trader Joe’s and Panera Bread. Overall I had a great experience and I recommend it.

I was a guest there on Friday, July 26. I was in town for a medical procedure and had to stay overnight. There was a family reunion going on, I thought it was a convention due to the large crowd. The manager booked my room and checked me in. Put me in a room on the same wing as the reunion visitors. It was Very loud with at least a dozen children playing chase and tag outside my door. I stepped and told them they needed to stop but they didn’t, nor did the adults seem to care they were disturbing other guests. I would have checked out and found other accommodations but I was not supposed to drive for 24 hours due to my med procedure. The one and only desk clerk was the acting manager and I had to wait about 20 minutes to talk to her due to the line at the desk. One reunion guest was cursing because his key wouldn’t open his door. She did move me up to the second floor, same wing. The noise was so loud below me I heard it until the wee hours. The hotel was totally unprepared/willing to deal with such a crowd that obviously had no regard for other paying guests. Worst hotel experience Ever. And I never would have expected this from a Marriott hotel.

I recently stayed at this place and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable atmosphere for my stay. However, there was a slight hiccup regarding the breakfast service. Upon check-in, I informed the front desk that I had paid for breakfast when booking my reservation. Unfortunately, there seemed to be some confusion, and the staff hesitated to provide breakfast initially. It took a bit of back-and-forth to resolve the issue, which was a bit inconvenient and unexpected. I ended up walking out instead. Also, they do not have the hot buffet style breakfast.

Staying here for a sports tournament. Our group was given a rate that guaranteed a pool and free breakfast according to the customer service employee who booked our rooms. Upon arrival the pool was green and closed down. The next morning we were informed there was no breakfast. The front desk staff have been rude and unhelpful, when they at at the desk at all as there hasn’t been anyone there to help on multiple occasions. Management should be reevaluated as they are clearly NOT doing their job. Falsely advertising amenities to potential guests and charging them for those promised amenities is unacceptable. Reimbursements should be made. I cannot believe Marriott would allow themselves to be associated with such a poorly run establishment.

We had a few issues with rooms, but staff made it better at front desk. They were very nice and helpful. Other staff was very rude at the starbucks. It was an issue if you needed anything. We customers hear the rude noises and grumbling when we make our order and you go make it.

The pictures posted on google were decieving. Location was next to an abandoned hotel and bank with peculiar people walking around. When we got to our hotel, we noticed the pool (in picture) was green. The color got progressively worse over a few days. The sign on the pool said it was "open". Of course though we did not swim in it. But, the people at front desk said it was closed. There was also supposedly a gym at the hotel, but when we went to it, it was still not renovated. After we checked out the gym, we went to go get some ice. Surprisingly enough, it wasn't working. The room itself was a bit "meh". The hotel phone didn't work. The coffee maker wasn't clean (there was still water inside it with the lid closed). If you want breakfast, don't expect a complimentary breakfast. You had to pay at least $13-20 for a meal and coffee. The food though, was great and the Cafe was nice. Also on a positive note, the housekeeper working that we kept running into was so friendly. She deserves a raise for great customer service! Overall, do not book here if you're excepting "amenities".

This was a disaster. I'm a Marriott girl for the most part. Work had me in Little Rock and I needed to be near the hospital. The room TVs didn't work for 4 of the 5 nights here. My room did not get serviced. In fact, I put garbage and towels outside of my door where they stayed for over 24 hours. (Normally, I wouldn't put those things outside of my door but after 4 days I had no choice.) After inquiring about the tv issue they sent up their engineer to "take a look." He came up and said they are fully aware of the issue and he was sent up to apologize. When I inquired two days later, I was told "we can send the Engineer up to take a look." They already knew what the problem was (hotel wide issue) but they placated me thinking this trick would suffice. They didn't realize I already experienced this two days prior. As of this wasn't bad enough, the chat option was terrible. Hours went by without responding. Requested towels showed up in the middle of the night. I had called the front desk to find out when the requested towels would arrive. The desk person asked me to come down to get them. I briefly shared one or two issues with her and she did opt to bring them up to my room. This was an awful experience. Do NOT stay here. Even if you are all about Marriott. So disappointed. (I would have relocated but didn't want to lose money.)

Positive: Room looked renovated and was great Negative: Outside appearance made us want to move on. Not like the website photos, but we already paid for it. The room itself was fine.
