The front desk is very rude. If you use points they treat you like a bum. They charge 179 plus a 20 deposit but the fridge doesn’t work coffee maker didn’t work. They charge you wrong but “it’s fine it will go back on your card in 3-21 business days” even when it’s their fault. They also charge 60 a night to use hotel points. The night clerk is helpful but everyone else is rude and condescending! They do not honor the late check outs you request. The a/c in the hallways don’t work. Overall I’ll never stay at Marriott again thanks to this hotel and the way they acted/behaved
This place appears nice, which for the price of a room during the week, it should be. Staff was nice. The mattresses are horrible.
We unpacked all of our things, showered and ready for bed. Get in bed to find a hole wore down in the center of our old wore out mattress. It was late and sure didn’t want to pack up and change rooms at midnight. The most uncomfortable bed I’d ever slept in. I reported it the next morning to hotel staff and was told it would be reported. Heard nothing back. I emailed a few days later to make sure it had been reported, sent pics of the mattress and suggested they sleep where I slept for one night….an apology is what I received after a horrible nights sleep and a backache for days.
We received no discount… I even shared pics of just how deep the hole in the bed was. It was horrible! I’d suggest going elsewhere for a room.
This place is run down. Don’t be deceived by the photos online like we were. The first room we checked in to had broken curtains, a smoke detector hanging by a wire from the ceiling, broken thermostat and no trash can. Not to mention the AC unit blew directly into the side of the built in desk? On floor 3, people were openly blazing and the entire hall smelled like cannabis. If you get assigned room 324 demand a new one because it sucks. When speaking to the worker about the busted room, he said all of their thermostats were broken and to use the unit itself to change temp. But when we asked for a new room, the thermostat worked just fine?? By the way you can’t lower it past 65 and it turns off with no airflow. I don’t get it. Also prepare yourself to hear every footstep that is taken around you, even on the top floor. Our neighbors let their children run back and forth until midnight.
Positive: Hotel was very clean nice room most of staff was friendly except for night manager, not sure why he works in customer service he was a complete jerk. Negative: The tv in my room kept turning on and off and the night manager was so rude to me when I called to report it not working properly. He had the worst attitude ruined my experience will not be returning to this hotel. Negative: ""
A special person gave me the gift of a relaxing night in the midst of a terrible time. When I arrived I was not the happiest person in the world but Louis, Pete, & Ronnie went out of their way to help me with anything and everything. The kindness and amazing customer service they displayed was above and beyond.
The hotel itself was gorgeous and clean. My room was perfect and I felt comfortable and peaceful and it meant a lot to me. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you to this staff for everything they did. Would highly recommend this hotel for comfort and cleanliness and just to feel at home.
We spent the night after some trouble on the road. When I booked the room it stated on the website that breakfast was included, so I was a bit shocked when it was not (see photo.) The room was a good size and was in fair condition. You can tell the hotel is still in the process of renovated (or at least I hope it is not done.) Some of the furniture in our room was damaged and not even secured to the wall. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They fixed several of the issues we had (like only having 2 towels in a room that could sleep up to 6.)
Nice property with excellent staff. We were well taken care of on our visit. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great lobby area for visiting with family Easy parking made for an easy arrival add l in the rain. The market was a little low on snacks and drinks.
Clean and well placed. Suite was comfortable and roomy.
No bathtub but nice shower.
Walking distance from multiple restaurants.

I loved my stay here for one night. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great since I usually travel with my pup (you have to pay the pet fee). The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the hotel itself was also clean. This hotel chain is my favorite to
The room was very clean. The front desk clerks were friendly, and the turkey sausage at breakfast was awesome. Easy access to the freeway.
The only complaint was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy.
Ohh my gosh! This place is the ð£!! I meant to take videos and photos, but I got completely sidetracked by all of the tasty, homemade pastries and foods! I tried a strawberry and creme danish, and it was delightful and SO flaky. Best danish I've ev
