Courtyard Junction City - Hotel in Junction City - 310 Hammons Dr, USA

We were caught in a severe weather alert with heavy rain driving through Kansas. I called to let the front desk know we had an ETA after 1am, Mia was so kind as to set us up for that late check in! Large comfy King room. Courtyard Marriott is always fantastic with the 12 noon checkout time, that extra hour (compared to other hotels 11am) really helps, so convenient. The facilities were nice and stocked. We picked up some food bc the dining was closed temporarily and were able to sit in the community area. Tiara at the front desk was so kind and helpful, she's much appreciated and had great energy, she really made our day for our next segment of a very long drive across country. Overall kind staff and nice facilities in a safe area, shopping and eats across the street.

Hotel had an old smell, could have been cleaner. No complimentary breakfast! All Marriott hotels at one time had a nice complimentary breakfast. Now some don't have free coffee in their lobbies. Need to fine another hotel chain! Hotels are under regulated. Poor service and the sky the limit on pricing. If you were driving down the road and ran into a traffic jam, then find gas price just doubled. You would be very mad! Well hell hotels can do this!!!

Booked a room for 4 but it only had 3 towels. Things looking run down, courtyards used to be super nice. Pool had chipped floor and paint and no towels, and mold growing where water was standing. At least it was open, the last Marriott we stayed had a pool closed indefinitely. Fitness center has dumb bells which was nice. Also glad to have an air purifier. Next to a Walmart, which was convenient. Good rate.

The reviews of this hotel weren’t great when I was looking for last minute trip accommodations. But I’m not sure why! The Marriott treated us great! We were upgraded upon arrival, given free breakfast coupons and the room was beautiful it was

Spacious clean,comfortable room. The entire staff from housekeeping to maintenance ( none required) and front desk were super nice and friendly. Special shout out to the night clerk Freddy. A fine gentleman with a kind happy greeting and smile to make check in easy after 500 miles of highway stress.

Positive: Location and cleanliness of room. Negative: Room thermostat set at 62, AC kept shutting off every 5-10 mins which kept the room above 70+ which was too warm. Obviously thermostat was set on a timer remotely. Room was too warm for July. Pool water was green and murky and was disgusting.

We had an amazing time staying here this past weekend. Brandon at the front desk and the ladies at the bistro were absolutely amazing! Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. It is not always easy staying at hotels with kids but the staff at the courtyard were very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the real standout here was the customer service. We will remember this place when we come through again and highly recommend!

We stayed in this hotel for 8 days,helping my daughter and her family with getting ready to transfer out of Ft.Riley..My experience with this hotel was excellent,the staff was very friendly and helpful..Kudos to the front desk staff ( especially when you see the front desk manager Tiara sweeping the front lobby)..House keeping was very efficient..The only issue I had was no complimentary breakfast,portions were small for the price..Your training is top notch..
