Very nice and newer hotel. The room has plenty of space and the bathroom is big. Works well for our one night stay.
Although the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the service was seriously lacking. The woman that checked us in was not at all welcoming. The bar was completely out of wine of any kind. There was no coffee available in the lobby. The fellows working in the bar mostly visited with each other, laughing and cutting up. We won’t stay there again.
My stay here both times were terrible. I came back the 2nd time because management asked me to give them a 2nd chance to make things right. My 1st stay I had to switch room twice because the first one had bugs, 2nd room smelled liked smoke. And for some odd reason the attendant was saying the rooms were being marked clean in the system but were in fact dirty. The 2nd time which was March 2024 After hours of driving, I tried to stay here yet again hoping things would be better and the Attendant Kim was so rude and being very discriminatory towards me while I was checking in, literally stopping and walking away several times while I was speaking inexcusable, then she purposely put me in the oldest, dirtiest room that probably needs the most work done to it in the hotel. On top of the pool and jacuzzi always out of order and the firepit shutting down at 9pm on Saturday night. I will never and I mean NEVER stay at any other Courtyard again no matter which state it is especially your employees treating their guests the way that lady Krystal or Kim (can’t remember her name) treated me. I’ve been a Bon Voy member for over 18 years and I’ll tell you, that was the most horrific evening in my life! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL
Our stay here was great. Very clean and the staff was great!! Front desk clerk Crystal was very polite and professional during our check out.
Beautiful hotel, great location. The bistro and bar at this location are awesome, get the margarita flatbread and black cherry old fashioned!! Tell turbo Joey said hey !! Staff are as awesome as the property. Love this location!!!!
Positive: Location Negative: When we arrived we asked for a late checkout, which they told us "NO' immediately. Then when we bought breakfast, it took 90 minutes and we never got breakfast that cost around $70 for a family of 4. They did refund breakfast. Negative: ""
I booked my room early january for a 2 night stay, $196. I checked in the first night and the next morning I went to the notill farm conference . When the conference was over that day I could not get into my room. The front desk said I checked out. I told them I had been at the conference all day and hadn't checked out. Then they say I only booked a 1 night. I lost my clothes in the closet, never got them back. I did get my over night bag. I had to go buy a shirt for the 2nd day. I definitely would not recommend staying there.
Positive: It looked good from the outside, new, the room looked fresh and almost new and clean. Design of the room was good and allowed for a comfortable evening and night. The lobby and the layout h had a good atmospheric feel. I would stay there again. Negative: The check in went good. However, was not informed there was not a free breakfast offered so i went to the lobby in the morning expecting a breakfast offering and was made aware that i needed to order and pay for breakfast. It was rather expensive. Negative: ""
Loved this downtown apartment for our short stay in Jonesboro. The place itself was perfect-nicely but simply decorated, had everything that we needed, including dishwasher and washing machine soap.
It was perfect for our little family (an adult cou
You hear about southern hospitality all of the time but Iâve never truly experienced it like I did for a 1-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro.
Upon using the app to book two adjoining rooms, I was having issues. I called the hotel directly a
The prices are about what you'd expect. If you want cheap, go to Amazon or Walmart. But, the quality has been amazing. Even the products I didn't prefer, I could see others liking. And the products I do get have been proving to be exactly what I need
We love our hot tub. The buying experience was easy. The team showed us everything to help us make the best decision. They came out and made sure it fit properly in our space before the purchase. During the install, they also made sure we knew how to
Austin is amazing with the younger students, he and his staff are constantly encouraging, and guiding them. I have been so impressed with his commitment to teaching the young students how to not only deal with physical bullying, but how to be positiv
The service here is outstanding and the food is great. Definitely check out. They go above and beyond. Thanks for fitting me in when you were suppose to be closed for an event. I really appreciate. See ya next week!
I love this place! My boyfriend and I will probably return here as our usual lunch spot. There arenât a lot of different, casual places in Jonesboro. This place definitely took first prize! The staff is so sweet, accommodating, and genuinely makes
We always love stopping by here to let the kids run. The playground is large with a variety of options, trending to older kids, but my toddler manages just fine. I love the red seat style swings. Also, during the summer, on weekends, the snow cone tr
Wonderful food and quick service, what more could you ask for? How about putting it into an outdoor complex with other restaurants, throw in lots of seating and a variety of games, and the occasional live band!

This was our first time visiting Casa Blanca, so it's really just an initial impression. We stopped in for a quick lunch. The complimentary chips and salsa were very good. I had a burrito and taco combination plate, and my wife had the tacitos. The f
