Courtyard Jefferson City - Featured Reviews (266)
Marriott fan usually. Not today. Air conditioning in the room is not doing it's job and its been very hot outside. T.V. won't turn on. Called the front desk to see if another room was available and before I was able to tell the agent why I was asking, she indicated she had just got here and hadn't turned the computer on. I held while she logged on, then was told no more rooms, they're sold out. THEN I was asked what was wrong. Front desk clerk indicated she'd "try" to get someone to come to my room to see if anything could be done. It's past 9pm, I doubt anyone will come. Otherwise, the room is well appointed and clean. The rest of the staff have been pleasant enough. The lobby a/c is fantastic and their t.v. is working. Maybe I should relocate to the lobby!
We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard. I wish we had time to use the pool! My only problem is paying $8.50 per night in a large, mostly empty parking garage. All the staff were wonderful but the only name I remember is María at the bar. She was great.
This is the only hotel worth staying at in Jeff city.. I came to Jeff city for work and checked out of 2 hotels in 1 night before I came to this one. (The first two were dirty, I won’t go too far into that). When I arrived I was greeted warmly by Chelsea (I hope that’s right, she has a green streak in her hair), she was kind, welcoming, and so overwhelmingly comforting after having 2 horrible experiences earlier in the night. She was able to find me a room in a location of the hotel I liked and accommodated all my needs effortlessly. This hotel is beautiful, clean, and saved the day for me. It is also central to all Jeff city excitement, no brainer to choose this hotel over the rest in the area, it is worth the price by every penny!
I stayed at this hotel prior to a business meeting. The hotel is modern and new. There is a covered parking lot that is convenient. The lobby is inviting, and there is a casual restaurant where you can grab a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Staff are friendly. Rooms are big enough, my bed was fairly comfortable, the room's temperature controls are very good. Internet was problematic and I just gave up on it. My room had a "hidden" frig and microwave. The shower was good except that it was half-open, which seems to be a recent trend. Unfortunately, you end up with water on your bathroom floor, not ideal. Overall, the hotel was pretty good. I would go back if I returned to Jefferson City.
I was actually here by mistake. I got mixed up on what hotel my conference was being held. The people at the front desk were wonderful. So helpful and polite. They called around town and helped me find where I was supposed to be. They went above and beyond for someone who was not even a guest. I can't imagine the fantastic service one would receive if they stayed at this hotel.
Stayed here for a day on a business trip. Check in took a bit due to some system issue. The hotel is quite new. Spick and span. Room was comfortable. Internet was decent. The gym was very nice. the sundries were well stocked. Would stay here again when in town for work
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times for conferences and it is always a great stay. The staff are all very friendly & helpful, rooms are always clean, & it’s got a great view of the capital!
This hotel is beautiful. That’s it. They do not cater to ANY kind of kid…. Meaning in the bistro we asked for ice water they referred us to the lime water … no kid likes lime water. Breakfast…. We ordered 3 French toast when they came out she said they were all the same . But the adult was $7 dollars more than the kids for the same food? Whattttttt. They were out of most all dinner items and breakfast. We got a king room with pull out bed for our kids….. but they were out of bedding for the pull out couches. They did finally find some. We stayed at this hotel for a gymnastics state competition and for the amount of money we paid for our room….. do better courtyard…. Do way better
The first thing i noticed in the room was how clean everything was, the bathroom and sleeping area. The bed was very comfortable and whatever kind of sheets you use are amazing. I usually donât sleep great away from home, but this was an exception!
Somewhat dated, but rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Housekeeping came through every day of my stay without fail. Front desk staff is on top of their game. Very conveniently located in town. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in Jefferson Ci
Absolutely amazing and highly recommend! Everyone here makes you feel like family and Luke is phenomenal! Took his time to show me around and explain how things work!
