This place was nice. Came for work on a business trip. The people at the front desk were great. The bar was nice and the staff friendly.
Loved the pool area.
When I asked for extra pillows and linens the manager Kim got them for me and was so nice and brought them to my room. This service was awesome. Can't wait to come back when I am here in the area.
Our stay was only for one night while visiting family in the area. The overall experience was what you would expect from a Marriott property... superb service, well maintained property, and polite staff. Would specifically like to give Ms. Lisa, who was working in the bistro, extra kudos. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating. My wife and I loved chatting with her!

This is my first stay at this Courtyard. I stay at Marriott properties each week in Jacksonville. This is definitely the nicest one I have stayed at so far! Clean property inside and out. Very friendly welcome at check in from Josh and another person that I unfortunately did not get her name. |The room was big and clean. HUGE TV. Comfortable couch and bed. This is now going to be my every week stay!

I was this past weekend in this hotel and found everything clean and neat but the most impressive was the Bistro,specifically a very great person named Lis or Elisa. She was so nice,friendly,professional,dedicated and client oriented. She did an excellent job service for me and my family. Lisa or Elisa is a very great valuable asset for the Bistro and Marriot Courtyard.
Emily and Josh were awesome. Very cordial and informative on locations nearby because I was hungry. :) Room was top notch with all the amenities I am accustomed to at Courtyard. Checkout was seemless.
Angela at the cafe was the best! On work days the cafe was pretty busy but she and her colleague did a great job keeping up!||The bartender and front desk were great too although I don’t remember names. ||The rooms were clean and comfortable. ||Super convenient for a visit to Jacksonville Naval Air Station.
I had the cheesesteak this time and it was great. The bread was nice and the steak well seasoned. Itâs hard to find a decent cheesesteak in the area. Iâve a hot dog here before and it was also delicious. I love hot dog stands outside of hardware
