Hotel was amazing!! The staff was efficient and extremely friendly - from the front desk to the coffee bar to the cleaning staff! A wonderful group of very kind people! Our room was fully stocked and very clean! The extra amenities were much appreciated. We will definitely be visiting with this hotel in the future and, hopefully, for a longer stay! Thank you for everything! It was refreshing!

Very friendly staff! Plenty of parking all around the building, right off of I-20. Clean inside, spacious lobby. It’s locked after 11pm, so the front desk staff will buzz you in. Check in was very easy, the Marriott app was less expensive than all of the others. Our room was a King bed & sofa bed, fridge, large bathroom, large TV, Very clean, 4 large towels, bathroom clean, and completely stocked. You can get breakfast starting at 6 am.

This hotel was beautiful. The room was probably one of the best rooms I have stayed in. They had a bar in the lobby and in the morning they served breakfast and Starbucks coffee. The food was really good as well. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is you have to pay for everything, including breakfast, and it's really expensive. We spent more on breakfast at our hotel than we did at dinner the night before. All of the meals are high calorie. Not sure if that's something anyone cares about, but it's something I would appreciate knowing.

This stay in Pearl Ms was very good. It started off a little rough due to no fault of the hotel. I used the wrong card to reserve my room therefore my room was canceled after driving over 3-1/2 hours in thunderstorms. Alicia J worked very hard to find us another room. This hotel was sold out due to several events happening this weekend. Alicia J found us another room . The room was very nice and clean. The location is very convenient. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the breakfast was very expensive and the air conditioning in the room would only go so low. Thank you again for fixing my blunder Alicia J. I will stay again if I’m ever in the area.

My experience in MS for getting a decent hotel has been a challenge. Considering being in MS it was pretty good. Good access right off the freeway and getting something to eat is close by. They should have complimentary coffee but they are selling Starbucks instead.

I had a wonderful stay here. My room was great. The AC worked perfectly. I don't love being in the Jackson, MS area, but this place made me dislike it a little less. The real focal point of this review, however, was the front desk agent who checked me in. Tammy. Tammy was awesome. Tammy was professional. Tammy was personable. Tammy did not look rushed, nor did she make me feel rushed. Tammy was incredible.

The rooms were clean and I absolutely love the hotel. The staff could be friendlier. Only one of the front desk workers was nice with a friendly demeanor and attitude.

Positive: "" Negative: I stayed four nights, and my room was only cleaned once. Had to go down to the lobby to request and get clean towels. I have never stayed at a hotel were the T,V.did not face the bed. When I asked, could I change rooms. I was simply told no.
