Courtyard Hot Springs - Hotel in Hot Springs - 200 Marriott Ct, USA

This is a nice clean hotel with a great location. It’s close to Bathhouse Row and many other attractions. Lots of food options close by too. The male bartender was awesome on our first night. The room was clean with extra pillows and towels. The bed was comfortable. The only odd thing was the smell in the 2 nd floor hallway. Not sure what it was. We would stay here again.

I wrote and review and deleted it because I felt like the hotel read it immediately and I was uncomfortable staying there while it was up. With that being said, if you have children find another hotel. This hotel is not accommodating or welcoming to children. It’s more of a 60 year old on a business trip type of deal. I would AVOID IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, period that’s how I feel. No gift bags or sorry can change the fact that my family had a huge disagreement due to this incident of some idiot saying my children (who are very young) were too loud when it wasn’t even past 9:30. I wanted to leave and had we not spent so much money on this hotel, we would’ve. A hotel is a collective public space, children are allowed to exist and have yet to learn to adapt to the ways of an old curmudgeon who must go to bed at 7pm. The hotel should’ve offered to move that person so they could be old and grumpy elsewhere. Imagine booking a hotel that comes in a package deal with Magic Springs and telling your kids they have to be mouse quiet in order to not upset people. A total vacation ruining experience. I wouldn’t recommend.

Customer service was great! Patience was the best!! The gentleman was very nice to, but I do not remember his name. I was hesitant because of the price, but I am so glad that I booked a room for my family at this hotel. The room (suite) was VERY CLEAN and my kids and I were so comfortable. I have no complaints at all. The room was beautiful and we had a tv in the living room area and in the area where the beds were at. Only was 1 hour from the Diamond mine. You will not be disappointed with the service or the rooms. The breakfast is not free, but my kids love Ihop which was less than 5 minutes. In a great location.

This was a remarkable hotel. Extremely clean and high end feeling while being extraordinarily budget friendly. Beris who checked us in was the most welcoming man and made us feel right at home. Jeff the bartender was a friendly face who made excellent drinks. Our room was fresh, clean, and remodeled. Hot coffee bar included downstairs in the morning with delicious Starbucks brew. Also a super fun fire pit outside!

As always, the Marriott courtyard is consistent and does not disappoint. Room was very clean and quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and professional.||A nice surprise at this location, they offered full dinner entrées. We had a Powerbowl salad, hummus plate, and pizza. It was all very good. Cocktails were also good, and the bartender was able to make things that were not on the menu.

Super simple to book my room and check in. Very clean easy access from the road and parking was all around. I had a few questions and they were all answered to my satisfaction. I will book here again.

It was one night stay but a wonderful time. It started with the lovely lady that checked us in and then a lovely room lots of space a very nice bathroom. It was a nice stay and we will definitely stay with Courtyard again. Thank you very much to the staff who were friendly and helpfu.

The staff was amazing. Genuinely made the stay. The only thing I did not like was the thing that beeps and flashes on the wall. I’m not picky at all, but it bothered me as I struggle with insomnia sometimes. The food was pretty good. I got the meatballs and it was an appetizer (9 dollars or so) They do have a shop to grab snacks if needed as well. I like their lobby area a lot. I don’t want to give this only a 4/5. Really the stay was 4.7/5. I just couldn’t get over that thing the room had. It would flash and make a noise that scared me every time, haha. Regardless, loved the room, great staff, accessible food options in hotel. Housekeeping was super super kind to me. Hope to be back soon. Also I left clothes after check out, and everyone was really helpful and quick to accommodate my own mistake. Thank you, I will be back.
