Courtyard Franklin Cool Springs - Hotel in Franklin - 2001 Meridian Blvd, USA

Nice hotel, good staff. Pretty standard Courtyard by Marriott setup. ||Bathroom sounds from upstairs come through fairly heavily, if you’re noise sensitive (I’m not) that might be an issue. Hotel Bistro has limited breakfast baked goods. Other Courtyards I’ve stayed at have had better selections.

We’ve stayed in this hotel before and had a good experience so we stayed again. We’re in town for our granddaughter’s travel basketball. We stayed in a two room suite check in was good the girl working the front desk was nice and kind and check in was quick. Our room was nice upon arriving but it quickly became annoying when we laid down for the night. There was a motor or some kind of noise that would start up and run for about 6 minutes then shut off for about 6 min and start again. It did this all night. Very hard to sleep. The pillows are awful!! Bring your own!! When we came back from a day of basketball we did not receive room service so we went to the front desk to get towels and couple more pillows to try and make it with three pillows apiece. The girl working the front desk was very kind, friendly and great personality!! Her name is Lashawn. She got us pillows and towels, wash cloths, she was very kind and pleasant. If you stay here stay away from room 445!! There are couple lights burnt out, cracked tile in the bathroom but the main reason is that noise that starts and stops all night. I would stay here again just not in room 445. We also ate breakfast here and it was good and the lady working that area was very nice and friendly.

Clean hotel just wish they kept the bar and food open later. Not the friendliest of people which is kinda odd for this hotel but oh well. Had trouble with the first room finding the balcony door off track but after explaining this to the lady at the front desk and her finally understanding that this could fall and hurt someone and I didn't wanna be charged for these damages she changed it. The levels of chlorine in the pool and hot tub was extreme. We couldn't stay in there for more than 10 minutes. Not bad for a free hotel off my points and atleast it was clean but seriously some money was spent to get those free points.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. But the lack of breakfast was very disappointing. Since when did courtyard stop serving breakfast?

A wonderful hotel in a great area. If you are looking for ease in check-in, a great staff, clean rooms and lots of restaurants around...look no further. Thank you Marriott for a restful stay this past Monday night.

It was a struggle to get fresh towels and when we checked out and asked for a printed receipt for business purposes we were refused and told they would send it via email and we have yet to receive it. The bed was more firm than what I prefer and there were several big dogs on our floor that kept barking so it was hard to sleep

I would rate it a 1 due to loud annoying vibration in room 423 top floor. Don’t stay on the top floor. Maybe it was from roof top AC equipment. It was off and on all night and happened when our AC was off. |If you want good sleep maybe try a lower floor.
