Great room. Very clean. Disappointed there is no microwave in room. The breakfast only served waffles and omelets but waited 45 minutes in omelet and gave up. Only two workers doing breakfast which caused long wait. The pool was busy and people wearing underwear instead of swimsuits so my kids could not use the pool as that is not very sanitary. Ice machines on several floors were out of order. Side door broken and didn’t lock. Can’t find a luggage cart available at any given time. But the rooms were nice and clean if you don’t care about the other things. Need more professional employees for sure. Price okay but can do better for better amenities and complimentary options for the prices.
Absolutely wonderful to stay. Always smells fresh, super clean, cute little putting green outside, staff is great. Free made to order omelets and waffles for breakfast is definitely worth waking up early for.
Hotel was really nice has really good amenities. But the AC barely worked in our room. And the bathroom door wouldn’t shut without forcefully closing it. Other than that highly recommend.
The hotel front desk was friendly and big plus, they have a little popcorn machine fun for the kids. The room had comfy beds however very flat pillows, I needed 3 to feel comfortable. Rooms have 1 mirror in the restroom and that's it! Management should consider putting up mirrors inside the room like all other hotels!! Get rid of some of those awful art prints hanging, 3 and a sculpture is too many when there's only one mirror. Hard to brush hair, get ready and see what you're doing when someone is in the bathroom. Also, need to update the plugs to support USB's. I had to purchase a wall plug in order to charge my phone.
3 stars for breakfast. Omelette was great however the waffle station is inside the Bistro coffee shop. The poor girl was trying to get other orders from the coffee shop and make waffles at the same time causing lines and delay. No juice for kids, just complimentary water and coffee. Sliced bread/cereal was also for purchase...big thick cold refrigerated pieces from the Bistro, 2 piece's for $3.
Their Bistro/Bar had happy hour at 5pm however after standing there for 10 minutes, front desk said they were running late opening. After coming back to the Bistro after 6pm, they said Happy Hour ended at 6pm. Who opens for happy hour for 1 hour and on top of that opens 30 mins late?!?
Positive: Convenient location. Spacious room. Good amenities. Negative: Faint odor in room. Surface level cleaning only. Maid service never came to clean room. As a result, I had to go to front desk to request more towels. above tub/shower flickered. Negative: ""
If you're considering staying at this hotel right off the highway, think twice if peace and customer service are priorities for you. Due to its proximity to the highway, expect relentless traffic noise that could severely disrupt your sleep, especially if you're a light sleeper.||Additionally, the hotel’s complimentary airport shuttle service, which might seem convenient, is frustratingly inflexible. It departs strictly on the hour, every hour, and not a minute later—even if there are no other passengers waiting and you arrive just a couple of minutes late. During my visit, the driver chose to chat with another employee and browse his phone rather than offer a slight bit of flexibility. This lack of accommodation forced me to pay $24 for an Uber.|| Given this experience, I highly recommend exploring other accommodation options that prioritize guest comfort and service. You'll likely find better alternatives nearby that ensure a quieter stay and more attentive service.
When we arrived the lady up front was very rude as we explained we paid everything online except parking then charged us 40 extra dollars and wouldn't give an explanation as why. They charged 10 dollars extra a night for parking and there was absolutely no parking except far away from entrance ways. When we got into room it had a foul odor. We took a shower the next morning and the bath tub filled almost to top because the drain was completely plugged up with hair as my husband dug it all out. We were told the main entrance closes at 2 am but we could use our key to enter at the side door which was not true because we arrived at the hotel a little after 1 am and was locked out and the main entrance was locked and when we called it took a long time for someone to come to let us in. There was a few others waiting as well. We have contacted the company and they still haven't replied. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Staff is failing to manage parking and luggage cart availability. We came in around 10pm there is a Grand Wagoneer parked in the pickup drop off lane and this vehicle sat there all night and was still there in the morning at 10:15 when we checked out! 2nd the luggage carts where all In rooms during checkout. We came down and ate, no cart came and went and none got returned. We then went floor by floor to no avail. That means whatever luggage carts they have are being held in rooms. This is unacceptable and should be monitored by the desk staff.
