This hotel was a good location to be based out of for a pleasure weekend with my Mother. The hotel has a quiet and relaxing demeanor with a group of employees who are naturally given to hospitality. Seriously! The clerk at the front had such wonderful energy checking me in. I went to the front desk a couple of times to ask about the pool and to get water from the sundry store. It is notable that each time that I had to approach I was warmly greeted by the person behind the desk. How refreshing in this world of no eye contact and minimal interactions to be warmly received as a guest! The kind and friendly lady at the Bistro was wonderful. Coffee was very good. I ordered breakfast from the Bistro which was served fresh, and it was delicious. The property was clean and the pool area was very relaxing. The people here, who are so much more than employees, are totally behind the tone of this place. I will stay here again, hopefully. I couldn’t have chosen a better place. I hope the team here is recognized for their input to the success of this property. Kind regards to them.

We stayed for an evening while visiting Ft.Worth this past weekend. It's just a quick ride to downtown and right off the highway, so very conveniently located. The hotel could use some refreshing, remodeling, and deep cleaning, however it was safe and worked well enough for our purposes. The very best part was meeting AGM Armand. He was just so kind and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. He brought a redeeming charm to our stay and I wish he could model exceptional, efficient, empathetic, and professional service for the entire industry. He was working through technical difficulties from a nationwide outage, and really kept the ship running as smoothly as possible. He is the reason this is a 4 star, not a 3nsyar review. Please share our deep thanks with him for his memorable service during our stay.

We booked this hotel because it was a 7 minute drive to Dickies Arena which was very convenient. We were in town for less than 24 hours and just needed somewhere to shower, change clothes, and sleep. The surrounding area wasn’t the nicest but we didn’t question our safety. The staff were very nice and friendly. The parking was free and the lobby was nice and clean. Our actual room was extremely humid which was uncomfortable but that wasn’t a huge deal breaker since the air conditioner worked well. The bathroom was pretty gross and needs to be renovated. The tub was dirty and the drain was clogged with someone else’s hair. The sink’s faucet was dirty and that drain seemed to be clogged as well. Housekeeping dropped the ball big time. The friendly staff is what stopped me from giving the hotel 2 stars.

My parents stayed in this location on Sunday night. The first problem was that the front desk charged the entire cost on their credit card even though they stated that they were paying with cash. They could not take a hot shower and had to settle with a cold shower. The final event was that they understood that breakfast was included and while the manager took care of it, he seemed irritated. I don't recommend this location.

Armand the GM is an absolute gem! I am a Marriot gold elite travel frequently and he has given the kindest, most accommodating service I have ever had. Recommend for service and cleanliness!!

I have only stayed for one of my two nights when writing this review, but so far, so good! We stayed here for me to see a friend that lives in town. We are staying 2 nights and you couldn’t beat the price. The service when I arrived was AMAZING. I was asked if I was a member, floor preference, all that. Our room is sufficient. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable. The water was hot enough, but not enough to burn your skin when you shower (which I prefer 😂) but it was still good. The bathroom has the most signs of it being a renovated hotel. So, expect that to look the oldest. Over all, I recommend this hotel. The stay has been comfortable, the staff polite, the establishment clean, and the the price is great!

I checked in at 3pm on 3/26/24 and was greeted warmly by the desk clerk Andy. A bit after 10pm I attempted to call downstairs 3x (2x with motel phone, 1x cellphone)to inquire on a rollaway or an extra blanket but no one answered the phone. Prior to making the call, we had just passed the new desk clerk on duty Josh sitting in a chair against the wall on his cellphone so I was surprised no one was answering. I thought maybe other guests were occupying him so I waited for a little bit and went to try to call out an additional time from the motel phone to discover no dial tone so I walked downstairs. As I approached the desk, Josh was still sitting in the same spot. I asked if the phone doesn't ring downstairs, he looked at me as if annoyed and said, Yes, it does if it's called?" I told him I'd been calling in which he rudely replied, "I can't answer a phone if it doesn't ring!" At this point I'm annoyed at the fact he didn't answer the phone, phone no longer had a dial tone, not sure if he had a way to turn it off or what but I asked if they had rollaway which he said no so I asked for the extra blanket. I told him I was going to go upstairs and get my phone to test the phone in which he said, "I'll bring the blanket to you". I decided not to bother going back down because his attitude was not professional at all. I would like to add, it was very nice to walk downstairs and see Andy had returned with a pleasant face and very professional attitude. There was also a kitchen staff who was very pleasant as well. I would love to have these 2 work for me any day. Other than the one incident, all else was great.

Positive: The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! The lounge/ bistro area was very comfortable and welcoming. Very quiet rooms. Negative: Would appreciate USB ports in rooms and better fluffier pillows. Negative: ""
