Courtyard Fort Smith Downtown - Hotel in Fort Smith - 900 Rogers Ave, USA

Great stay! Felt very clean everywhere. To top it off - I left my EarPods behind and Jamie found them and called them in before I had even left city limits!. I got a call from the GM and was able to come back and get them, THANK YOU for saving me $200!

This is definitely an older property. I stay here semi often and I can't say I've ever gotten a room that didn't smell like dogs. That and I've never had any sort of positive interaction with the front desk checking in or out. .. I

I have been a guest at the courtyard Fort Smith on several occasions. This past visit did not disappoint and never has!.. the best interaction I had was with Carolyn in the lobby. She was so kind in taking my breakfast order, she was very familiar with the menu options without even looking at it and the eating area was tidy and clean. I'll definitely be back!

Stayed there for 3 days recently. Very conveniently located to historic Ft Smith, nice restaurants, and local night life. The Bistro was great for breakfast. Jamie made sure my room was clean, and very nice while I was there. I was also very impressed with Carolyn. She did an excellent job keeping the lobby clean, and also made sure the front entrance way was maintained and clean. Thank you ladies for taking pride in your work.

I had the pleasure of working with the manager, Spencer, and Ronda Cook (who helped me with equipment and cleaning) when I was providing a meal for a large group. Spencer helped find a lilacs and Ronda met my every request from the beginning to the end. She went above and beyond. And all the staff is friendly and helpful. While I live in town, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

Carolyn(the lobby custodian) was absolutely magnificent in the job description she preforms on her daily routine!!! Anything we needed from her & the staff was quickly accommodated! We were here celebrating our 2 daughter’s birthdays and they couldn’t get enough of the fabulous saltwater pool!! The rooms were so luxurious and clean. It made us feel like royalty! Thank you for a great experience and we look forward to our next day at Marriott hotel

This is one of the better hotels we have stayed in !! We had 5 people so got a large room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The room was plenty large enough and clean. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly checking in and out (2 different people). We did not eat here but the hotel in general was very clean from what we seen and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend staying here !!!

Nice, clean hotel with decent amenities. The rooms need updating. Hot water was available immediately and the water pressure was good. No free breakfast but the downstairs bistro prepared good, overpriced food. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
