From the very moment the hotel doors opened, the tone was set. The lobby is beautifully decorated and smelled wonderful. The first person to greet us at the front desk with a smile was Mike. He provided great customer service and was super helpful in providing insight on the hotel and surrounding area. Breakfast with Goldie was like an invitation into her home. She was very entertaining and she treated us like friends she’s known for ages. Kudos to chef Lucia whose food looked so good on our plates that other customers ordered the same thing. One request I have of Marriott is, every chance they get, to commend their staff for the wonderful job they do including those behind the scenes. The good vibes they share with others are what help make for a truly memorable and favorable experience.

This serves to commend the excellent service rendered by Mike, at the front desk. He was friendly and accommodating. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. ||Additionally, Goldie, in the Bistro was a delight. We had a good hearty fun time with her as we indulged in breakfast.

First off the hotel is visually beautiful, like a very well kept summer home on the beach. Once you walk in the lobby and off of the elevator to your floor, you are greeted with one of the freshest most amazing, calming fragrances ever. ||I was greeted at the front desk by Mike, who was warm, welcoming, very helpful, upbeat and hospitable.||This morning, my friends and I came down for breakfast in the Bistro, where Queen Goldie, although younger than us served up motherly, loving energy with confidence, customer care and a touch of classy, sassy, humor. She also makes the best drinks (coffees and teas) ever.||Lasttly, Lucia the chef whipped up some amazingly tasty and visually appealing dishes. I give it a 10 out of 10!!!!!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was nice clean, and I felt safe. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. One staff member who stood out to me,who went above and beyond was Mike. He is a great asset to the company. I will be booking again.

The room was very clean and smelled nice. The bathroom only had a shower and it would have been better if it had a bath too. The bed was pretty comfortable but a little soft for me personally. The pool looked nice but I didn't have time to enjoy it because it was a short visit to see family. The only negatives I have was the air conditioner was loud and the toilet flushed very loudly.

I had an exceptional stay at Marriott Hotel! The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Special shoutout to Marie, who was extremely friendly and did an outstanding job keeping my room spotless. Her warm smile and kindness made my day! The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to excellence are evident in every aspect. I highly recommend Marriott Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 5 stars and well done, team!

Not the Best. No Free Breakfast Buffet and that's OK... But No Free Coffee in the Lobby Area in the Morning? Really? That's just UN-American. The Room was Nice but had NO service all week... Really? None? No trash taken, no towels changed, no coffee replenished? (Ran out the 1st Day & Went the week without after that)... Also, gotta pay to park signs in the lot? Really? Pay to park for what... A place with no Daily Service, No Breakfast Buffet, No Free Coffee and the Restaurant was more of a Cheap Diner with the lighted Menu in the wall and a Lazy Somewhat Rude attendant in the evening... Seemed she didn't like being bothered to do her job and only did the minimum by pointing at the cheap Lighted Menu Board... No smiles no greetings no nothing... So I went to a real restaurant with friendly attentive service... Sorry. You are just banking on the Marriott Name I guess and NOTHING Else...

Emily was a wonderful front desk attendant. She helped make sure my stay was positive and comfortable. And Goldie in the breakfast department had awesome customer service. Will recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. ||Alondria
