Nice room. Bathroom was great. Awesome water pressure in the shower. However, the nice balcony has a view of roof utilities, parking lot and freeway. So not an added feature. Plus the air-conditioning was so noisy, I had to turn it off. Needs to be replaced. Good location n convenient.

I stayed here for a quick overnight. I've stayed in numerous Courtyard properties across California, and this one lacked in a couple areas. For some reason, the shower didn't have hot water, so the shower I took was pretty uncomfortable. Also, the air conditioning didn't do a great job. I understand that it was a really hot on the day I was there, the room was facing the sun, and I was on the top floor. That said, maybe upon check-in the front desk should inform the guest about it. Lastly, the wifi wasn't great in my room. Maybe this had to do with the location of my room, but it wasn't a great experience with slow loading websites. Overall, a clean place to stay though for the night.

I have stayed in Marriott properties, mostly due to the reputation for having a standard of quality and cleanliness. This property is not typical. My guess is that the lobby and restaurant portion of the building is a new structure they built and added onto an old condo or apartment complex. While the rooms were clean and had been remodeled with nice looking carpet, cabinetry and finishes that are of the Marriott quality - the room we stayed in (401) smelled of stale and musty smoke (a non-smoking room). The ceiling and wall had signs of moisture damage. The bathroom shower fixture was ready to pop off and the room had a patio but no furniture (bizarre). The pool was operable, but the hot tub had been offline for over a month, with no solution in sight (a false advertisement of amenities). This room did not hold up to the standard of quality I expect of the Marriott name. The staff were friendly and customer oriented. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The rooms were okay, but the overall service and level of care was awful. We paid Marriott prices for Motel 6 service. You had to request to have the towels changed/room cleaned and then it was only every other day (which meant that you only got the complimentary k-cups every other day) no complimentary breakfast and a bagel cost $7. We had to ask for glasses so that we could drink water in our room. The television signal kept going out, the hot tub was out of order and given look of the area had been out of order for at least a couple months with no plans to fix it. Basically, the hotel is being run with as little money spent as possible to increase the manager's bottom line.

We were a group of 12 on a work trip and it was not a great experience. I felt embarrassed with the team quite frankly. We chose this hotel because we love a 3 star Marriott in Providence RI so we expected the same quality but it was far from that. The pool area looks so abandoned: Peeling paint, dirty looking water. We chose not to go in. The hot tub was out of service and according to a worker we asked it’s been like that since she started working there over a month ago so the fact that they still list having one feels like false advertisement. The first night here we had apps and drinks at their bar area. One of our glasses had a broken bottom (pictured here) and the wings were rough. The staff at their Starbucks do not know what they are doing. It took an extremely long time to get our coffees in the morning and they were often made incorrectly unless you stood right there and guided/ corrected them as they made them 😣 do not recommend.

I stayed here one night for a nearby wedding and had a great experience. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious, but beyonf all of that the staff was top notch. They were lovely and engaging and even helped me with a little ironing snafu. If you’re ever in the area for wine or weddings or anything inbetween, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is super run down and dingy. No hot water. No service. Vent fan didn’t work in bathroom. Have to ask for coffee. Stay somewhere else. You are paying Marriott prices for a motel 6 experience. Front desk staff were really nice but that doesn’t change the fact the hotel is not worth half of the rate.

I have stayed at many different Marriott’s in my life and am very loyal to the Marriott brand. But this Courtyard was by far one of the oldest and you could definitely tell. The rooms are so old and stained everywhere from the shower to the cabinets to the beds. The room we stayed in smelt like it was smoked in from the previous guests despite the no smoking sign posted everywhere. The blankets we got were also stained and the pillows we were given did not even have any pillow cases on them. The staff was also not up to par with Marriott’s standard of customer service. The only one we had a good experience with was David. The elevators were also down for one of the days that we stayed and also the ice machine on all the floors were also broken. I would definitely not consider ever staying in this hotel in the future.

Recently moved to the area. I tired 3 other coffee shops. I liked this one the best. I ordered a large white chocolate mocha and it was wonderful.
