Courtyard DeLand Historic Downtown - Hotel in DeLand - 308 N Woodland Blvd, USA

Parking is extra!!! Over $11/day to park. Hidden fee was not disclosed anywhere when I booked. Price was clear, and I was billed something else. Stayed 5 days for business, so I had a company budget to make....missed it because of parking.....thanks a lot! I'll never stay here again because of this. Other than that the room and hotel were nice. Don't be shady people.....

First time staying in Deland. This hotel is perfectly located downtown in the historic district. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself has food like all other courtyards. I didn’t get pictures of it but it has a very nice outdoor area with a pool. My room was very clean and smelled good. The staff were pleasant and gave me great recommendations on food.

Positive: The establishment was clean from the curb appeal all the way down to the rooms. The young lady when I checked it was very nice and helpful. Negative: I had an emergency I had to leave town it was not able to stay I asked the staff it would be better to check out then or if they could have a change into the young ladies name who was staying the night with me. They said that it be better to change it to Negative: ""

Excellent location. Our family has stayed here a few times and have found the hotel and service to be exactly what we would expect from a Marriott property. Toni is the epitome of quality customer service with her kind, caring, professional and personable manner. Highly recommend.

This is a nice looking hotel. If you want to walk to historic downtown shops and restaurants, this is a great location. We felt safe. The hotel was clean. The furnishings were in good condition. There was enough parking. We didn’t check out the pool because it was quite cool weather. We thought there was a restaurant but it is more of a snack bar. But you can walk to restaurants, including breakfast spots. The sheets looked a bit dingy, but clean and comfortable without any pilling. At most Marriott properties we are offered bottled water so I didn’t bring any, but not offered to us. They have a small shop and there’s a 7-11 across the street. We would stay there again.

Great hotel with comfortable beds. Location is right on the edge of the main downtown area of deland. Easy walk to all the restaurants bars and local sites.

Classy, nice rooms, great shower. The bed was great not to soft and not to firm. I like to sleep on a hard bed,I could sleep on a board I think. Great size to the room, coffee maker in there,TV with lots of channels and comfortable seating.

Excellent choice on my part. There is nothing I would change about my stay in Deland, Florida. The Deland Courtyard by Marriott was recommended by a local and I expect to do repeat business with the Deland Courtyard.
