Picked this hotel because it was close to the highway with food close by. The young woman that checked us in had no customer service skills, rude and disrespectful. When we questioned about our room, she said the computer that morning had picked our room. The room had a foul odor. We had just booked the hotel 2 hours prior at 6:30 PM. Electricity off and on all night long. Over all would not recommend.
Price was a little high for what you got. The room and common areas were clean and comfortable. The reason I only rated it 3 stars is it was more expensive than most of the neighboring hotels and didn’t include breakfast. Being so close to highway one comes to expect the opportunity for a bite before you get back on the road. My bad for not looking into the hotel more before booking.

super nice staff, very pleasant greeting upon arrival with helpful local info and advice. hotel seems a bit dated but we had a very pleasant stay. parking lot is clean and very well lit, great walking loop right out the door to stretch the legs after a long drive. excellent location for access to Dalton area
The check-in girl was not friendly. The sink had a terrible musty smell. When checking out, another girl said she’d just email my receipt. I double checked to see if they had my email address, and they did not.
Easy off/on from I-75. Clean and updated room and friendly staff. Would stay again. Lots of food options nearby as well.
First room had fleas and lights didn't work. They promptly moved me to a different room.
Absolutely horrible management.. They charged me $250 for smoking in the room and I don’t smoke. Manger refused to remove the charge and told me to take it up with my credit card company. A $100 a night stay ends up costing me $350. I will never book a room owned or managed by Courtyard / Marriott and will recommend the same to friends & family..
Rooms are beautifully kept, clean, great service. We loved seeing all the pets, even though we didnt travel with our own. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for everything

I came in for an earl grey tea latte and some baked goods. The drink and food were excellent. I was also impressed with the service. The woman who runs this cafe is warm-hearted and kind. I would definitely go back here for another visit.
